Since the earliest known depiction of the globe was released by a film studio, it got me curious as to how they had such an intricate knowledge of things before science did. However what it led me to discover is the origins of NASA itself. NASA had it's roots in the film industry long before they were ever a so called " space agency."
All it took was a simple google search of Walt Disney, to discover that Disney originally started his career while working for.... you guessed it.... Universal Studios! Walt Disney started his career working for Universal Studios creating his first successful cartoon character named Oswald The Rabbit.

If you want to read about Walt's history you can do so here.
After he was fired from Universal, Walt Disney moved on and eventually created Mickey which as we all know, became a mega success that paved the way to Disney Studios as we know it today.
Why is this important? It's important because by the 1950's Disney was a huge success in capturing the imagination of millions of people world wide. It's also concidentally the exact same time in which NASA became a space agency. But wait, Disney is in the world of imagination, show business, and NASA is in the world of engineering, science and astronomy. Two completely different worlds right?

Except Walt Disney and the founder of NASA Wernher Von Braun were actually really good friends, and just as NASA was being founded, they collaborated together to make 3 movies. Those three movies were of course.... about space! They were called Man and Space, Man and the Moon, and Mars and beyond. Wernher Von Braun himself was even in the films trying to get people interested in space travel. It also inspired Disney to create the tomorrowland section of Disneyland. It's where rides like Space mountain were created.
But hold on a moment.... Who is Wernher Von Braun and where did he come from?
Turns out he was actually a Nazi who escaped after the war, to work with Disney and created NASA. So we have Disney working with an ex-Nazi, who wants to promote the idea of space travel and needs Disney's expertise in capturing the imagination to do it. Do you see the problem here? Wernher Von Braun was known to be terrible at math and physics, and yet was claimed to be a rocket scientist. You can't make this stuff up.
However when you look at the quality of the video's that early NASA released, you can see why they needed the expertise of Disney to help them make space travel look more legit.
When you look up the origin definition of the word NASA in hebrew you get something even more interesting. NASA means to deceive. Isn't always amazing how they choose names for things that have extremely relevant definitions in other languages?
You can find similar definitions with other popular names. Like Astra Zeneca.

You can try this for yourself right now to see that it's true. There are always symbols and clues to tell us about the hidden truth. The truth is always hidden in plain sight, and they expect you not to know it or recognize it. It gives them the ability to claim they told us the truth, while proceeding to lie to our faces because we weren't able to catch the lie. There are numerous examples of this that I will be touching on in later episodes.
However, the collaboration between Disney and Wernher Von Braun was just the beginning. If we fast forward a mere 10 years, we have the first successful Moon landing that captured audiences around the world as man took his supposed first step on a celestial body beyond the Earth. What they don't tell you however, is that all of the supposed astronauts that landed on the Moon, were actually given a star on the Hollywood walk of fame.

There are no other scientists, astronauts, or anyone with any sort of scientific achievement on the Hollywood walk of fame. The reason being, is that you can only get a star on the walk of fame for a spectacular performance of some kind. This is one of the rules around getting a star in the first place. So isn't that curious? That they consider the Moon landing a performance? Once again, they tell you the truth in plain sight, and it's up to you to see it or not.
The Moon landing in and of itself has a number of things to examine which we will do so in part 2. I will show you all the different ways that NASA has used the television as the authority to educate you on everything you think you know about space.
Because if it didn't come from them, you would have come to very different conclusions about what you think space is. Everything NASA has done, has been designed to skewer your perception, and I'll show you exactly how.
