If you legitimately 'lost' money overall from 'the incident' you might want to look into what the laws require you to do and other routes that would be legal to $ell the merchandise after 'somebody in the general area is coughing' or whatever, like maybe you don't have to do anything to it, or maybe you have to cook it, or can sell it as fancy cat food or whatever (cooked, like that canned 'gormet pet' stuff?). Say things like: "You can really help a LOT if you select lower resolution video modes online when you watch, especially if all you are doing is watching people talk. You all can still get the message even though the pictre is maybe not as perfectly crisp." Should also say "Try to schedule your online work and other tasks for off-peak hours, even late at night when most of us sleep. This helps even things out so there is more bandwidth available for everybody".
Also you should give incentives to businesses who commit to phasing out as many 'office jobs' as possible and converting those into 'work-from-home' jobs. You can be the king of 'home contracting businesses' to continue growing things even under 'lockdown'? Maybe it's possible... On top of the benefits of saving all the WA$TED money & time traveling to and from work & pointless in-person meetings that could just as easily be done 'online', it also helps clean up the environment by reducing polution from cars and things. There's really no downside to any of this.
Remember that once government(s) take rights away they avoid giving them back, so with extended 'quarintines' and other games may as well make the best of it. Could also set up 'secure work environments' where companies can commit to testing their 'in-person' work force like at factories and stuff where people need to handle machines there, so they can build things without 'risking' catching the dredded Carona flu... which was always far less dangerous than the regular boring yearly flu, & is a total ((($cam))) either way...
