Why the Sunni Islamic Democracy is the Only Good One?
Sunni Islamic democracy is the best one & the only good one because it is the only one that guarantees the best leadership. Prophet Mohammad didn't establish hereditary monarchy, so, he didn't force a successor for himself although he knew he was about to die. Therefore, after his death, the highest profile male scholars of Islam gathered peacefully to elect a successor & most of them chose & elected Abū Bakr asṢiddīq because he was the highest profile scholar of Islam after prophet Mohammad & the most pious practicing Muslim. All of them were very pious practicing Muslims. And he also was the most wise, the smartest, the most cultured one among them & a man of good morals. And he had a very high self-confidence, but he was not a dictator. So, he became the 1st successor to rule after prophet Mohammad PBUH. And he did very wisely. The core bases of the Sunni Islamic democracy are available in the holy Quran 42:38, 4:83, 39:9, 3:7 & 4:162. Afghan Taliban are practicing this Sunni Islamic democracy since its establishment in 1994. Sunni Islamic democracy also guarantees the best possible justice & legal stability in this life because it depends on the last testament law from God for all peoples & all times in this life. So, no one is allowed to cancel, change or pause any Islamic laws because they are the laws of God Almighty. Even the desire to change them or even hating them is a heresy & blasphemy as you can read in Quran 47:9, 4:65 & 5:44-47. And Sunni Islamic judges should not procrastinate any case. They should issue a court ruling ASAP. Read Quran 5:48. Even the wealthy should not be procrastinated because he is rich & can wait. A very authentic hadith (a saying of prophet Mohammad) said "Any procrastination (even) of the wealthy is injustice" which means the procrastination of the non-rich is a worse injustice. Sahih al-Bukhari: 2287, 2288, 2400 & Sahih Muslim: 1564. And any action to force any cancellation, change or pausing on any Islamic law must be met with jihad (i.e a holy armed combat) as you can read in Quran 2:193 & 8:39. That's why the 1st Sunni Islamic caliph declared jihad against people who took up arms to impose a change of the law of zakat in their region or county in the central area of the Arabian Peninsula

Also notice that other verses about Jihad uses the linguistic root (the). In Arabic, English & languages, using the root (the) specify the command to be only against specific polytheists who fought against Islam & haven't repented. The Quran has never said: kill all polytheists or all infidels
For example, even in English, if you say to someone (give this thing to a kid), he can give it to any kid. But, when you say to him (give it to [the] kid), he should give it to a specific kid because you added the root: (the). So, the holy Quran 9:5 has said "the polytheists", not: all polytheists
These verses prove that it is forbidden in Sunni Islam to use or even make weapons of mass destruction. &, they also prove that it is forbidden in to use bombs, or heavy weapons randomly or against goals when there is a possibility of hurting other than those who fights against Sunni Islam or its sharia law. & Quran 60:8 urges Muslims to treat peaceful non-Muslims kindly & fairly, & even if they are war captives. Is there a death penalty for apostasy?l
No, there isn't. Some ignorant Muslims thinks that there is death sentence for apostasy depending on some inauthentic narrations. But, the above verse, the verse 2:256 which says "There is no compulsion in the religion...". and many other verses in the holy Quran prove that there is no death sentence for apostasy at all in the Sunni Islamic Sharia law. Is there a stoning for adultery?l
Some people think that Sharia Law says stone all adulterers. This is wrong. The Quran 24:2 says: "The adulterer and the adulteress, lash each one of them with a hundred lashes..". But, Some scholars say that there is stoning for marital infidelity adultery if it happens in public in front of 4 or more practicing Sunni Muslim men witnesses, or he or she admits freely 3 times or more in front of the Sunni Islamic Sharia Law court that she or he did a marital infidelity adultery. But, in the hereafter, the punishment is very terrible and horrible for all kinds of adulterers and the adulteresses whether they where single or married or whether they were belong to Muslims or not because the Quran says about the true practicing Muslims ".. and they do not commit adultery, and whoever commits that will receive a sin. Doubled will be the torment for him/her on the Day of the Resurrection. And, he/she will be, for eternity, in the torment humiliated. Except for those who repent, practice Islam and do righteous deeds; as for such, God will change their sins into rewards. And, God is Forgiving, Merciful". From 25:68-70 in the holy Quran

The Punishment System
The punishment system in Sunni Islam is set to provide the best justice, equality, peace, fair security & the happiest life possible for the community & each innocent person etc. And no one is punished unless he/she chooses to be punished. How is that?! For example if someone lives under the Shariah law he must know that there is a capital punishment for killing any innocent person intentionally. So when he chooses to kill an innocent person that means he chooses to be punished by capital punishment. This system provides a great security for the community

Q: Many Muslim women cover their entire bodies including their faces, eyes & hands. So, is there any verse in the holy Quran that says to women to do so?l
Answer: Yes, there is. The holy Quran 33:59 says: "O you the prophet, say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the dutiful believers (i.e. all women whose guardian is a dutiful believer whether these women are Muslims or not & whether they are slaves or not) to bring down over themselves some of their cloaks (which means that their cloaks are larger than their bodies & they must cover their whole bodies including their faces, eyes & hands). That is more likely that they will be known (that they are the women of the dutiful believers) so as more likely not to be annoyed or abused. God is Forgiving & Merciful (so obey Him if you want to be forgiven by Him & to obtain from His mercy in the hereafter because Quran 7:156 and 40:7 say that God's mercy & forgiveness will be, in the hereafter, for the dutiful believers i.e. faithful practicing Muslim men & women)".
Note: In front of her close relatives who were mentioned in Quran 24:31 she is allowed to show her face and hands only if they are faithful practicing Muslims. How Can a Man See a Woman for Marriage Then?!
The answer is: When a good practicing Sunni Muslim man wants to marry a woman. He should base his choice not how does she look like 1st. He should base his choice 1st on her reputability & her practicing of Sunni Islam. Then he can see her face & hands & ask for marriage to her, her father or her guardian (if her father is not a Muslim or if her father is dead). Then her father or guardian ask her & she can see him and meet him in front of her father or guardian. Then if they all agreed to make marriage happen then the man & her father or guardian should invite at least 2 practicing Sunni Muslim men to witness the marriage agreement where her father or guardian should say to the suitor I give you the girl (then he names her) as a wife then the suitor says I accept this. Then he can set down with her alone as long as they wish to talk to each other & know each other more & more for days, weeks, months or even years if they both wish to, but they are not supposed to have full sex until the wedding. But if they do they are not committing a sin. But it is better not to have full sexual intercourse until the wedding. But, if they knew each other well then the husband decided to divorce her before the wedding without having sexual intercourse then he should pay to her half the money he promised to give her for marriage unless she or her father or guardian decide to forego that promised money for marriage. & it is recommended for them to forego it according to the holy Quran 2:237. But, if had sexual intercourse in her by his penis inside her pussy & decided to divorce her even before the wedding then he should give her all the money he promised her unless she or her father or guardian decide to forego it. But, if he didn't decide to divorce but she didn't like him & then asked for divorce then she must give him the money back unless he forego it.
Who has the right of children custody?
Children custody is always the right of the practicing Sunni Muslim father, even when the mother is also a practicing Sunni Muslim.
But, if it is proven that he is a real threat to his children, then he is not really a practicing Sunni Muslim & therefore he loses his right of the custody of his children. And, this right goes to the closest practicing Sunni Muslim male to the father.
And, this is in fact, great even for their mother because for her, being single without kids in her custody, increases her chances massively to be married again and get more new kids.
And, that is also great for the kids because being with their father is essential for them to not feel like if they were orphans, which is an extremely horrible feeling.
Also, prophet Mohammad has said in the authentic hadith through 2 different authentic narrations, talking about the practicing Sunni Muslim father,: "Obey your father". A source: Sahih Ibn Hibban No. 426. And, he also said in the very authentic hadith through many different authentic narrations talking about the practicing Sunni Muslim father,: "You and your wealth belong to your father". A source.
But, the father is responsible of his children's needs before they become adults & also as long as they are needy for him even if they are adults. And, all these are during the life of both the Muslim father & his children because the Quran commands that the father inherits only certain amounts of his children's inheritance if they die before his death. And, they also inherit certain amounts of his inheritance if he dies before them.
