The Opportunity Spaces are a series of rather large rooms on the ground floor of both houses.
These spaces consist of a number of rooms running from the front of the house to the garden.
Each house has its own "set" of parallel running spaces.
As of Summer 2023 these spaces are not in a state that allows immediate use.
Hence the name "Opportunity Spaces". It is thought, however, that this name might stick even after repairs and refurbishment are done. This as these rooms can give opportunity to a number of initiatives that can blossom when provisions are made.
The intention is to arrange these spaces in such way they can serve multiple purposes.
This will allow cross pollination of services and ideas while contributing to wellbeing.
Participants will have to engage which will bring forward capacity increased cooperation.
It is thought that such approach will provide a fertile environment for learning, business and innovation.
While the other spaces in the house (kitchen, bedrooms, garden, terrace, ...) could be integrated in certain projects it will be primarily The Opportunity Spaces that will host initiatives or will be made available for such purposes.
