For professional athletes, the health and well-being of the physical body, including its skeletal, muscular and energetic parts, are critical to the successful practice of professional sports and the achievement of notable success.
 
Professional sports have long lost the essence of entertainment and fair play events, turning into sports arenas where gladiators fight for life and death. Victory brings a laurel wreath and significant financial earnings, loss is a shock and a kind of personal defeat that every professional athlete must get used to.
 
In order to make sports easier for not only professional athletes but also amateur athletes, we will use this channeling to point out to you several procedures that can greatly improve your sports performance, maintain the physical health of the body and help you cope and overcome negative emotions and moments of disappointment due to defeat on the sports field.
 
If we were to ask you what physical organ is the most important for each athlete, you would give different answers, and not one of you would mention the feet. Of course, the reason is that the feet are "down there" and therefore psychologically invisible. However, the importance of the feet in professional sports is extremely important, as we will discuss in the next part of this channeling.
 
The feet are your contact with Mother Gaia, with her energies that cover the surface of planet Earth. Nature, that is, the vibration level of these energies is low, and it is not necessary to be high, when we talk about the energies that cover the surface of our planet, but it is of great importance for the survival of the plants that grow on the planet. Without the energies that cover the range of plant growth, their survival would be in question.
 
So, despite the fact that humans are fundamentally different from plants, our  energy system has a very wide range of energy spectrum that can be introduced into the aura, which includes the energy spectrum of energies that support the growth and survival of plants.
 
You are probably wondering, how, by what secret technique, can we introduce into the aura the energies that cover the surface of the earth, in order to support the growth and survival of plants, right?
 
Well, you can achieve this in a very simple way: by walking barefoot on the ground.
 
This is certainly not some secret that you did not know until now, but it is an explanation of the positive effect of walking barefoot on the human body. The energies that spontaneously "collect" during barefoot walking are not Energies of Consciousness that will help you progress in the process of developing consciousness, but energies that can "regenerate" your body to some extent with their life force. Going barefoot, is just an introduction to the importance of the feet in the career of every professional athlete, because feet injuries are very common among professional athletes. This means that any injury requires a period of rest and healing, with the possibility that it will not heal and will return to the state it was in before the injury. In other words, it means the end of the sports career.
 
In order for you, who are reading these lines, to avoid such a development of the situation, we, Oliver, suggest that you start practicing feet bodybuilding, which we will talk about in the next part of this channeling.
 
Bodybuilding in its original meaning is an expression that explains the procedures of strengthening the muscles of the body in order to achieve the maximum degree of development of individual muscle groups. Also very effective is the practice of 🖼️push-ups on the toes and heels while standing, as this strengthens the feet, the muscles of the back of the lower back, the shins, the thighs and the buttocks, which is also important because they connect the legs to the body.
 
Legs are the basis of athletic activity in all sports, and their importance for a successful athletic career is of great importance. Emotions are an important part of sports activities, they are the fuel that drives athletes and guides them to victory. But negative emotions are a burden that is not easy to get rid of.
