If the people do not object, then what is a politician to do? They figure that the people must be ok with the ways things are run.
You might be surprised how far foreign infiltration goes -right into your county. Check to see if your Governor has financial ties to China. We can see that there is clearly a PLAN to take your county, state and country by stealth. You may have also heard "Trust the Plan" - but have you actually SEEN the plan? Then maybe you will be jolted into action by the possibility that things don't have a happy ending. How has "Trust the Plan" worked out so far? Maybe there is a plan, maybe there isn't, or maybe the plan was to let things become so obvious and in your face (or ON your face) that you take action? It there is a "plan", it would be helpful for you to support it and should organize locally and discuss things - while you still can. Your local actions are your only insurance policy against their plan. If writing a letter to your local council is too scary, you might consider how far we have sunk from 1776. Back in the day, holding officials accountable was common place. If writing a letter is too much work to RETAIN your God given rights, maybe you don't deserve them. It is clear that is what the other side thinks.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.
Taking personal responsibility for your government is nothing new, we have just been lulled into thinking (or not thinking, by the calm reassuring liars on TV) that everything is ok. 2020 should be considered a wake up call, a wake up call to action if you do not like the current situation. Here are a few peaceful solutions you MUST take to retain your say in how your LOCAL government operates. This has to be done locally as the "swamp" in DC is founded upon local pipes.
First consider supporting your local sheriff - (s)he is the highest law enforcement officer in your county. Most make the same kind of rationale decisions any business person makes based upon who is supporting them. They are offered support by outside interests under the guise of grants in return for enforcing certain regulations. Some demonstrate the highest ethical integrity and obey their oath of office to support the Constitution, some just shrug and consider it a practical decision since no one is holding them accountable in any meaningful way. Silence gives consent.

Second, at a minimum, you MUST notify your local county and state officials that you are concerned about the way they are handling the things. Television (Foreign Sponsored) encourages people to riot and burn buildings to show displeasure, but that is not an effective way to change things assuming you want the rule of law to prevail afterwards. There is a time tested way to get their attention and once they suspect that people are actually watching they tend to behave better. The surveillance state works both ways. A letter campaign should be your first step. It is far less than the cost of rope and finding a nearby tree and it is considered due process. A notice/petition is a lawful process that gives them a chance to correct.

I understand that you have an oath of office which requires you to uphold the Constitution. The current EO’s in place for COVID appear to be in direct violation of the Constitution and I am instructing you to remove them immediately or provide evidence of an "emergency".
My concerns are based upon your reliance on faulty science to impose these orders:
- Mask Mandates are not to be imposed upon healthy people. I have no problem with your employees wearing masks. If they believe masks provide any benefit, then they may feel free to wear them.
- Which medical “experts” are you relying on to continue enforcing these EO’s? Evidence exists from the promoters of the pandemic that wearing a mask is ineffective against any virus.

- The foregoing data show that masks serve more as instruments of obstruction of normal breathing, rather than as effective barriers to pathogens. - There is no evidence that shows; 1. Healthy people pose a risk to your staff. 2. That any face covering short of a biohazard suit is effective against a virus. And providing a “negative” Covid test result for entry or travel is problematic as there is plenty of evidence that the PCR tests are flawed and this data is confirmed by CDC, Fauci, Gates etc.
- Treating a “virus” with a 99% survival rate like it is Ebola is ludicrous and does not warrant the measures imposed. Tuberculosis and Rabies are VERIFIED virus’s with higher actual mortality rates and masks were never considered an option because they are not effective against a virus.
- The continued lockdowns are having a more detrimental effect on public health than the presumed virus and demonstrates a lack of prudent judgement.
It is my wish that you immediately rescind your “guidelines” and “mandates” for the benefit of the people of the state of xxxxx.

We have been informed that we must wear a mask when entering this establishment. While this may be a private business, as a “private entity” business operating in the public, it is considered a place of public accommodation , whereby we are not required to wear a mask unless there is a “direct threat”. The definition of a “direct threat” in this instant matter requires a current medical assessment by a physician who determined and has sworn under oath that I am carrying an infectious disease, submitted to a local health officer, and that health officer would have to go to a court and obtain a court order requiring a quarantine “or presumably an ineffective mask” to protect the public. By the legal definition, there is no evidence of a direct threat in this instant matter.
On behalf of the people of [STATE}, we object to these “rules”, which are not law, and require your office, the [Local} Board of Health, and the Governor of [state}to produce:
- Evidence of an Emergency at this point in time which would show that an emergency exists. The Emergency clause appears to be good for 30 days, the “mandates” have been offered since the spring, and we provide evidence (on reverse) which shows that the survival rate of the “corona virus” is close to 99%, we have no evidence that an “emergency” exists, therefore the unconstitutional lockdowns and mandates are without substance as they are in direct conflict with the United States Constitution, and [STATE] state Constitution, which every public office has sworn to uphold.
- Evidence of any office named above to produce a specific lawful authority to prescribe a medical device without a medical examination.
- Evidence that every “person” can be found “presumed to be a danger” to society without a medical examination attested by a physician, certified by the local board of Health, and a written court order requiring a mask.
Please forward to each authority so they have been given notice, and can respond to you, and you can respond properly to any further inquiries.
Absent these procedures, there appears to be no lawful requirements for mask requirements for healthy people, and we provide 30 days notice for each office above to show cause. Absent a point by point rebuttal within 30 days, you are instructed to cease and desist attempting to enforce an unlawful mandate.

NOTES
A couple of ideas for dealing with enforcement “threats”, this is not legal advice, but merely information regarding laws already on the books.
Premise: you can’t get in trouble asking questions.
A simple cover letter to the three agencies (If ATF/Liquor License is one) along with a copy of this letter you received should be sufficient.
10 days later you should follow up with another copy stating that you haven’t heard from them.
On the 30th day, send a letter stating that we have agreement that your firm will not be enforcing mask mandates as you do not have a physicians license to prescribe a medical device.
Keep copies of all letters and replies (if any).
If you are visited after 30 days and there has been no response from the three offices, get the enforcement agency business card, and send it along with your three notices to the Sheriff with a statement of facts.
If you get a phone call, ask that their position be in writing, do not engage on the phone, or in person visit.
Get your evidence in writing.
In the unlikely event you hear from them in writing, (very unlikely) it is almost a certainty that it will not address the three questions asked. This is standard procedure to baffle you with words. Simply return the letter with a note stating that it does not answer the questions and give then the remaining time.
Your letter should be in your own words, and go something like this: (Definitely put in your own words because they are beginning to get a lot of these and if your letter looks like all the others, you may get special treatment.)
I have been presented this letter and my understanding is that I might be violating health privacy laws by asking about medical conditions, and may be attempting to prescribe a medical device which appears to be against the law as I do not have a physicians license. Please respond so I may address this issue.
Ask questions. Stand up.
