Kitchen - Annex - Terrace - Ground Floor 32
The terrace is accessed via the kitchen.
From the pointy part at the far end, "Titanic Point", one overlooks the whole garden.
Early days lunch: mashed potatoes with beans in tomato sauce.
In 1 month a can of beans jumped from 1.85 Euro (!) to 2.99 Euro (!!!). (Spring 2023).
The power cable runs from the kitchen to the electric pump supplying on demand water from the water pit to the granite bassin.
The terrace is where early birds meet
Home grown oranges (and lemons) are squeezed and enjoyed.
Some are dried while most are squeezed. The juice is drunk soon afterwards or frozen for future use.
A washing line was installed on the side of the terrace.
This bed cover was found in the house. It seems to depict a caravan made up of elephants and horses ridden by armed men. Two very much used prayer rugs were also found in the house as well as a brand new Louis Vuitton shirt. The shirt will be sold to pay towards roof repairs.
Hanging out the laundry to dry. Spring is exactly one month away.
