Purpose 
The purpose of this writing is to help our community of conscious evolutionary leaders to up-level our boldness and groundedness of planning and aligned action to move towards our goals of a thriving world in peace.  
 
The vision is clear among us.  We see a peaceful, ethical world where people are treated with dignity and compassion as we thrive with appropriate regenerative technology.  Governments 
are led by compassionate and creative leaders who know how to heal nations and drive positive change. Food is healthy and vitalizing, water is pure, ecosystems are sacred, wisdom is valued, children are raised to their potential, no one is left behind.   
 

The barriers are also clear.  The current beliefs and rules of ‘capital is king’ demand profit for a 
few at the expense of the ecosystems that support life.  Local community wealth is destroyed 
and the suffering of billions of people ignored. The economic growth model of most nation state 
governments tie them to extractive industries. The fossil fuel and financial industries are highly 
coordinated and powerful and embedded in governments, to strongly resist any changes in the 
status quo.  
 
So how might we, a small group of committed people, make a significant impact?  
My belief is this: there is nothing more powerful than LOVE ORGANIZED.  
 
I am setting out to articulate in practical detail a potential path to massive transformation that is 
intelligent, peaceful and sustainable.  While we may not choose this path exactly, because God 
laughs at our plans, my hope is that by thinking it through, we can see the kind of boldness of 
structures we need to create and prioritize this level of work in our change efforts.  We all have 
an important piece to contribute to the whole.

Executive Summary 

What if we could free up millions of evolutionaries to build the world we all know is possible? 
What are the foundational supports they need? A basic income, a simple beautiful 
eco-home and a retirement plan so they can be supported to concentrate full-time on 
building the new governance and economic models for the 22nd century.  
 
Love Organized aims to funnel massive resources into the hands of conscious 
evolutionaries playing a new game where the health of the whole is in the center, everybody 
wins and no one is left behind.  
 
The aim is to build a complete life system as a prototype within existing cities and 
eco-regions, of how we envision a modern technologically advanced conscious society 
working in the near future. We will attempt to demonstrate how this governance and 
economic model works to nurture happy, fulfilled people with no need for hate and war and 
greed to proliferate.  
 
A Gaian life starts from birth, with a sacred ceremony for coming into the world with your 
song. It continues to an education where you are outside playing most of the time as you 
learn how to be fully yourself in connection with nature and the divine, and contribute your 
gifts to society. When you become an adult there is a vision quest process you go on, to 
better know who you are and your purpose. You follow your bliss to find a role and mentor 
to create your career where you earn your wealth only by adding to the health of the whole 
system. You feel fulfilled everyday. There are hardships, yes, but you have learned to trust 
life and find creative solutions with others. You have learned how to have an open heart 
with no shame in sexuality and there is no war between the sexes so falling in love is easier 
and more joyful.  There are many supports to work out emotional tensions and give couples 
space to connect without the children. Aggression is seen as a healthy part of being human 
so spaces are facilitated for contained expressions in sport, competition, hunting giving 
purpose and honor to alpha men. Your health is cared for holistically with meditation, energy 
work and modern medicine working in harmony. When you are elderly and need support, 
the community is there for you with in-home support and residential care in beautiful natural 
spaces when you need it, and your end of life is a sacred journey of forgiveness, honouring 
your contribution, saying ‘goodbye’ or ‘see you again soon’,  with love and dignity.  
 
This beautiful conscious life becomes possible within a conscious governance, education 
and economic model that values both the YIN and the YANG aspects of our lives.  We 
create a globally recognized and accepted digital currency where we become wealthy by 
nurturing spirit, art, ecology, community and wellbeing.  We no longer have to sacrifice 
doing the things we love to ‘make a living’. 

Instead, the culture will support you to be fully alive with focus on personal development, 
beauty and joy.  You spend your education and career building the new culture and it 
provides you with your pension and retirement care.  You feel motivated to work for this 
conscious, kind community that celebrates and rewards you for developing your gifts. We 
build this culture as a network of conscious pioneers and businesses, within existing cities 
and eco-regions rather than separated eco-villages so we can benefit from the existing 
infrastructure, have freedom and individual autonomy as well as community.  The virtual, 
global tools and accounts means conscious co-creators can contribute from anywhere in 
the world, and can contribute part time online as a side gig and build up to greater 
participation over time.   Many of the tools and concepts to live this life already exist, and 
need support to be woven into a fully functioning system and scale up to become the norm.  
 
Evolutionary pioneers all around the world are connected and inspired to bring this vision 
into reality.  We have a constitution, governance models, educational curriculums, currency 
tools and an abundance of love and volunteer effort.  What is lacking is capital and legal 
and financial savvy and discipline to ground these efforts.  We propose to build/buy/partner 
with profitable businesses to provide stable streams of income, to pay for the development 
and governance of these systems. We will also collect annual resources from those who opt 
into this system, much like a national tax or membership fee, and use it to build the systems 
at the global scale we need for it to function well.  
 
 
We take 5 bold steps to make this a reality in 50 years time.  
 

1.  Prototype fully functioning Gaian systems in 3-5  city/ecoregions around the 

world.  Connect the world's leading evolutionaries to design and implement these 
prototypes using grants and donations.  

2.  Nurture a network of global conscious co-creators in small pods who support each 

other and the vision and strategy of our collective.  They become annual paying 
members supporting the conscious hosting of the network, and we all learn, in time, 
to join and co-create in the new system as it expands around the world.  

3.  Fund our Movement with profitable businesses, community bonds and impact 

investment.  Develop simple cash cow businesses like rental properties and web 
hosting, building up to more complex endeavors like eco condos, mortgages and 
retirement living services.  Build this up in co-operative structures, to support 
innovative development and pay salaries in the core infrastructure for our systems.    

4.  Bridge People Over.  Once the whole system is working, advertise the new system 

beyond conscious co-creators, work with more and more companies to accept the 
Gaian currency - currently called SEEDS.   

5.  Become Mainstream.  Eventually the majority of people will be able to choose this 

system over the present governance and finance systems. Existing institutions will 

adopt the new practices and constitution if it demonstrates radically better results 
and enough people are demanding it.   

 
Assumptions 
These grounded discernments are very important for us strategically in how we organize for 
emergence.  
 

1.  Focus on shifting western civilization because its institutions are currently on the path of 

massive extinction.  Provide the people who are progressive and ready for a shift to the 
next level with a bridge to a functioning society.   Incremental change of the current 
system is needed, but will not be sufficient to create the massive shift we need. We must 
make the old system obsolete by creating and demonstrating a much better system.  
 

2.  Governments and business leaders will not be the drivers of this creative process.  They 

don’t have time while keeping up the existing, stressed system.  While there is good 
progress in the EU, it is not at the scale required.  We, the conscious cultural creatives, 
are the ones who have to build this system.  Governments and businesses may be able 
to bridge and join once we are up and running with a functioning system.  
 

3.  A global system that transcends and includes the nation states is required because of 

the global nature of our lives and freedoms.  Currently, each eco-village struggles alone 
without the coordinated support of the whole.  If there are 10% of the human population 
emerging around the planet who can hold and create this vision together, that’s 800 
million people.  We have the potential to coordinate globally so we have the resources to 
make this shift. We must act legally in each country, including paying proper taxes to the 
dominant system and financial due diligence.   
 

4.  By focusing on the life and motivations of individuals in this system, we can understand 

the requirements for a massive shift.  This plan uses a pension and retirement scheme 
as a long-term, high impact behavior shifting force.  What stops many people from living 
the life they want is the obligations to the current system - if you want a nice house, 
privacy, technology and to be secure in your retirement, you need schooling, a job and a 
mortgage and that ties you in for at least 20 years.  What if millions of people could shift 
all their life energy towards creating a better system. The Gaian system proposed in this 
plan, aims to create a holistic life that people are happy to choose instead, and tell their 
friends about.    
 

5.  Grants, philanthropy, and volunteerism are not enough.  While grants and donations will 

be very helpful and important to get started, we cannot rely on charity to do this scale of 
transformative structural work, we have to earn it, and scale it.  While a ‘gift economy’ is 
a beautiful  ideal, it is not conducive to building global governance, finance structures, 
and infrastructure that are connected around the world in the time required.  The level of 
effort and expertise we need requires salaries and materials now.   We need billions of 

dollars and thousands of people supported to focus on creating and weaving this new 
system.  
 

6.  Great resistance will present itself, especially as we become viable and visible. We will 

need to protect this system with redundancies. We will need to protect people’s privacy 
and reputation. Internal tension that is not resolved in a timely and compassionate 
manner will be the greatest threat to success.  Keeping our own relationships healthy 
and hearts open, will be of prime importance. 
 

7.  While the system is envisioned to be developed in modern, western cities, it may be that 

developing countries where states are failing will be even more ready to adopt a new 
system that aligns with ancient values and knowledge.  The Global EcoVillage Network 
and rural land-based regenerative hubs will be important regional connectors of the 
pioneers of this emerging system.  Perhaps developing countries will be able to leapfrog 
to this global system.  It is not yet clear how we will be able to operate in hostile 
environments and we may have to start in stable, ecologically progressive places. It is 
hoped that global satellite internet and cheap handheld devices will be able to make their 
way around the world so everyone will have a chance to be part of the Gaian system as 
a way to give them hope, connections and resources to thrive even if their area has 
challenging circumstances.  A challenge will be using the best of technology and capital 
while avoiding the worst of profit driven motives.  Conscious co-creators will likely have 
to develop our own major tech companies funded by the Gaian system.  
 

8.  Indigenous wisdom is honored and respected in this system as a deeper knowing of how 

to live in tune with Gaia.  In many ways, we will be re-introducing the basic indigenous 
principles and making them accessible and protected.  Indigenous leadership and 
co-creation of this system is invited and required.  Modern technology and finance will 
also be embraced, so what emerges will be a new culture, yet may feel familiar to our 
souls.  

 
Theory of change in a nutshell  

●  Conscious Cocreators need systemic support as they choose to devote their life to 

creating the new governance, finance systems and education institutions for the 22nd 
Century.  

●  Create an alternative currency to pay people to do the work of building and practicing 

this governance and finance system that promises long-term tangible value in the form of 
care by the conscious community for your whole life.  This would be a kind of self-funded 
basic income for conscious co-creators.  This alternative currency makes the YIN money 
system visible and transferable around the world and ensures the love and care we give 
freely, is returned in abundance.  Network with regenerative businesses so the currency 
is used and valuable for organic food, restaurants, education, training courses, 
ecotourism, clothing etc.  

●  Using grants and donations, bring the pioneers of the new system in a process to weave 

strategy, technologies and governance and culture into a functioning whole.  Prototype 
fully functioning systems in several city/ecoregion pairs.  

●  Using community bonds and impact investments, invest in creating normal, profitable 

businesses to compete with current services, to funnel billions to building the 
regenerative economy.  Retirement facilities, condos, mortgage companies, media 
companies, web services.  Transfer 800 million conscious co-creators’ monthly 
expenses to benefit our movement.  

●  Iterate and refine an online platform for lifelong learning and earning to trade the digital 

currency.   

●  Power of choice. Giving everyday people an attractive Gaian economy to live into that is 

simple to use and offers massive value for each individual for their whole life, almost 
everywhere on Earth.  

●  Starting small (2,000 ppl). and growing participation in this system exponentially, 

doubling each 2 year period.  Using fractal scaling of small pods.  1 billion by 2063.  

●  As we reach a critical mass of people choosing this system over the current system,  

existing governments and institutions rapidly adopt and transition to these system goals 
and rules and values, in some form or another.  Healthy, wise choices are now regularly 
made for leadership candidates, national budgeting, education systems, environmental 
protection, healing and peace.

What needs to change?   
The governance, finance, education and justice systems we use today were created with the 
intention of economic growth benefiting the colonizing class and race, at the expense of all else.  
We are now bumping up against the many systems boundaries that we were blind to when we 
created our institutions. These institutions cannot cope in their current forms.  
 
Today if we map the flow of value in the modern economies, we see western people spend most 
of their energy creating a career so they can afford a house and an enjoyable life with high 
levels of consumption. People in developing countries, especially in rural areas, have their 
resources managed by large corporations with little to no regard for the local people, ecology 
and future, sapping the community's wealth to bring low priced goods to richer nation citizens.  
Tax money goes to governments who use it to maintain the existing infrastructure.  Much is 
wasted on inefficiency and trillions are spent every year on the military.  
 
Mortgage and loan payments become bank and finance profits where much is blown on very 
high salaries and billions in profits are paid out to retirement pensions and in the stock market to 
wealthy people.  No one wants to disrupt the system and jeopardize people's jobs and pensions.  
Fossil fuel profits flow to billionaire families who spend hundreds of millions on slowing down 
climate change mitigation efforts.  Big agriculture is locked in with debt for heavy machinery, one 
time use seeds, and fertilizers.  Every step of the way, the way in which we create wealth 
degrades ecosystems and community health, which are the foundations of life.  
 
We need to transfer these value flows of lifetimes of dedicated high quality work and billions of 
dollars, into the coffers of new companies and institutions whose purpose is to build sustainable 
habitats, provide holistic health and education to the masses, feed everyone healthy food using 
regenerative agriculture and the key to the whole system working - offer secure retirement 
plans.  This tall order is only possible with transparent and accountable governance and true 
justice and healing commitments for all people.  
 

What are we Co-Creating?   
We will create a Gaian system.  The Gaian system is a complete alternative life choice from the 
current political/social/economic system.  It knits together all the efforts of pioneers in 
regenerative living - alternative economies,  holistic schools, organic agriculture and integral 
health.  The idea is that we are building the seed of what will become the normal governance 
and finance system by 2070.  We build it with the system goal of ecological health at the center 
and thriving.  We create our systems to motivate individual behavior that tends to create those 

outcomes.  We practice conscious governance and pay people to fulfill important roles in the 
governance and finance work.  We opt into this system as conscious people.  Leaders must 
demonstrate high intelligence, maturity and integrity to be promoted to decision making levels 
and to stay in those positions.   We are not working on popular vote, so we are not fighting with 
each other in governance but collaborating for the good of the whole.  Accountability is strictly 
kept by the highest integrity members of society - the wisdom councils.   We are no longer 
yo-yoing back and forth from left to right and sacrificing our values to lobbying forces, as is what 
happens in modern nation states.  We are concentrated in one direction - building health and 
wealth for all through powerful conscious practices.   
 

A story describing life in the system when fully functioning 

Mohamed is 26 years old and lives in California with his wife Mandi.  He is making a good salary 
coding but doesn’t like how stressful and demanding his work is, and is uneasy about the ethical 
implications of the programs he is working on.  He doesn’t feel connected to his community or 
his faith. He has made many personal sacrifices to be accepted and successful. He is worried 
about climate change, division, and violence in his country but doesn’t know how to make a 
difference.  He feels numb and exhausted.   
 
He discovers the Gaia movement at a FinTech conference and becomes inspired that a better 
life with purpose is possible.  He negotiates an afternoon a week off from his job. He commits to 
3 years of part time coding to build  part of the learning and earning digital platform called Gaian 
Life. He receives 30,000 Seeds in his GAIA account and 10,000 US dollars/year.   The Seeds 
are generated by the governing core, to do the work of governing the system and creating core 
infrastructure.   This Gaian Life platform has a job board where you can apply for tasks and 
roles that the system needs and you can sign up to learn the skills needed to perform those 
jobs.  When you demonstrate you possess a certain capacity or skill it is added to your profile 
which makes you eligible for more jobs.  People can also trade the skills and resources they 
have.  Annie offers to teach Reiki to Mohamed and he pays her 300 Seeds and 300 dollars. A 
portion of each financial exchange goes to the core Gaian System to fund salaries and 
infrastructure.  
 
Mohamed (Mo) and Mandi want to buy a house so they choose the Gaian Mortgage and get an 
apartment in the Gaian Condo that happens to be on the transit line near his work. He can pay a 
percentage of his mortgage payments in Seeds. He has a low downpayment and an affordable 
monthly mortgage expense.  Mandi works as a teacher in the public school system and her 
salary can cover the money part of the mortgage and car loan and telecommunications.  Mo’s 
Seeds buy them holistic education for their kids, interesting community workshops and activities 
and upcycled clothes. The local vegan restaurant even accepts Seeds as payment.   They feel 
good that their monthly mortgage payments and other expenses earn their home ownership and 
the profits go to making more sustainable housing around the world.  Mo’s company goes 
bankrupt in a tech bubble event and he loses his job, so he decides to work full time in the 
Gaian system. He joins a team creating a profitable web hosting service for conscious 
co-creators.  Over his life, Mohamed saves up 500,000 Seeds which is enough to pay for his 
spot in the Gaian Retirement Care program.  So he has spent his life contributing to a brighter 
future and earned a good living and retirement in the process.  His wife’s teachers’ pension pays 
for her spot in regular money so they can be together as they age in place as long as possible 
and have beautiful, sacred processes when it comes to end of life.  
 
Twiggy and Jen run an organic farm at the Ecovillage just outside the city.  The Gaian Regional 
group decided to buy 300 food boxes from them at a bulk price to distribute to the cocreators 
like Mo and Mandi.  The farmers are relieved to have a steady base to plan their harvest and 
reduced marketing effort.  Other local members in the Gaian system come work on the farm for 
a season, work at the market on the weekend, and deliver boxes to the city to earn Seeds.  

Mrs.Nature runs a forest school at the EcoVillage.   The Gaian system pays her salary and links 
the children of the co-creators in the city to the school. A Gaian version of Uber transports the 
children.  
 
Elly is an artist and social activist who is offered Seeds and fiat to beautify the forest school, the 
organic farm and paint a giant mural on the Gaian Condo building.  She lives in the shared 
accommodation space in the condo for a low monthly price and benefits from the office rooms 
and maker spaces provided.  
 
Jaida grew up in a very rough neighborhood where her older brother died in gang violence.  She 
wants to change her situation but can’t afford college or healthcare. She attended a Black Son 
Day event with Dr. Marty Casey and learned about the Gaian system.  She decided to take a 
few courses on Gaian Life and learned how to be a social media marketer to earn an entry level 
job for one of the Gaian companies.  She applied for a low income spot at the Gaian Condo 
where part of her living can be paid for by cleaning and maintenance.  Dr.Marty checks in on her 
occasionally and she gathers with other African American co-creators in the Gaian network 
regularly on zoom and they are invaluable support for each other.  
 
Susan Stenberg runs the retirement living program in the area.  She manages a team of 20 
nurses who visit and care for elderly members and the network of volunteers who run errands 
and further support and care for the elderly in return for Seeds.    
 
Andy, Poeng, Breanna, Cindy and Bear run the regional governing hub.   They are paid a part 
time salary and 50,000 Seeds/year.  
  
They had to complete training modules in Gaia governance, finances, ethics, systems thinking, 
conflict resolution and personal mastery to be qualified for the role.  They are held accountable 
to ensure the work is creating profitable businesses and that resources are flowing well in the 
network.  They decide how to solve issues collaboratively and distribute funds fairly and wisely 
from the global core to grow the network in their area.  It is complex and challenging work but 
very rewarding to see the network growing and strengthening and how much each person and 
the community benefits.  
 
They all get to know each other at the monthly potluck gathering, rotating among the various 
locations.  They are a richly diverse community, starting traditions like the annual family camp 
out at the farm.  And the seasonal harvesting and cooking parties.  Deep trust and friendships 
are formed through resolving conflicts well and each person committing to personal and 
collective growth.  They feel alive and happy, their lives have hope, meaning and connection. 
They have a good balance of freedom, privacy, contribution and wealth. They are proud to be a 
part of the new better governance system being created and growing rapidly around the world.   

Connect our Educational Infrastructure 
Education in this system will be holistic and practical and much more tailored to each person 
and their potential contribution.  
 

Early years elementary/highschool   
Forest schools, waldorf and steiner schools will be prioritized as centers supported by this 
system with the goal of making these free to co-creator families when the regional annual 
income is great enough and sustained.  These schools and programs already exist as 
expensive alternatives to nation state schools.  We will network among them, share resources 
and support these schools to market effectively, grow their number of students and steadily 
increase the number of centers around the world.  
 
Students will be taught to be global citizens, how to think for themselves, and learn and practice 
the principles and tools of the Gaian governance and finance system.  Each student's goal is to 
activate his or her potential on their tailored growth journey, focusing on their strengths and 
learning how to collaborate to combine with others’ strengths.   Digital lessons with AI support 
for marking, will make this tailored method possible so each student can go at their own pace. 
Teachers become guides helping each student find their path and stay motivated to keep 
pushing higher, and help others.   
 

Discovery year  
 17-19 year olds, depending when they are mature enough,  will take a discovery year where 
they travel, try out several jobs and skills and are supported to choose a direction to contribute 
in the co-creative community.  Mentors will lead groups of 20-30 through this coming of age time 
with challenging and rewarding personal development work, fun experiences and meaningful 
rituals.  This is an existing private program in Canada and USA that we would scale up globally 
and tailor to the conscious family audience.  
 

Higher Education  
Higher education will focus on jobs that need to be done in the system, motivating people to 
learn the skills needed to do those jobs.  19-21 year olds mentor in real projects contributing in 
support roles where they can contribute their skills while learning about how the work gets done 
in real life.  They study online the core skills of programming, business, regenerative farming etc 
they need to contribute at the next level.  Mentors guide them about which courses to take and 
help them stay on track with weekly online check-ins with their cohort of people on a similar 
journey.  
 
Learning is a continuous journey.  Every few years, you teach a younger person to do the job 
you are currently doing so you can move up to the next level of complexity, pay, challenge or 
new sector if you want a change.  Taking time out regularly to mentor and learn is built into your 

work week and rhythms of the year.   Some people can teach less if that is really not for them 
and some people can teach more and do less project work.   
 

Connect to Alternative Health Services and Life Coaching 
Similar to Education, alternative health modalities already exist in many places around the world 
with long histories and large bodies of knowledge.  Many practitioners can do their work online.  
We will invite each practitioner to sign up to be searchable on the online platform and accept 
payment in Seeds as well as fiat.   A reputation system will help raise the most effective 
practitioners to the top of searches.  
 

5 Bold Steps Strategy  

Imagine these 5 bold steps to transition from our current, extractive,  growth system 

to a thriving, Gaian System.  
 

Step 1:  PROTOTYPE 

Gather the pioneers in each sector of society - education, health, finance etc.  to share learnings 
and identify systems and structures that could make a big difference given our collective focus.  
 
Map who is doing what and describe how we want to develop our emerging technologies and 
proven processes for education and regeneration into a whole functioning system.   
 
Create a LOVE ORGANIZED FUND where investors and philanthropists who see the potential 
of our collective vision and strategy can support its development and invest in the profitable 
companies.  
 
Using grants and donations to implement a micro-cosm prototype of a fully functioning 
Gaian system in 3 cities in different continents.  
 
Practice our best theories of Governance.     
We have an Earth Charter that is a foundational governance document.  We have 
EcoGovernance principles and processes,  and the Earthwise Constitution that we can start to 
practice and implement as a global collective.  We will pay people to take on these roles and 
ensure highly mature systems thinkers and feelers are in leadership and decision making roles.  
We will model leadership selection with a high merit, ethical standard and community reputation 
entry bar. Leaders will be highly accountable for ethical standards and generative outcomes and 

deep listening to the field.  Leaders will be evaluated every two years by the Wisdom Council 
and can only stay in leadership if they remain committed to the highest ethical and community 
care standards as compared to the foundational governing documents, community sentiment 
and deep wisdom of the council.  
 
We will model distributed decision making practices where decisions are made at the most local 
level possible and issues are addressed with all the relevant stakeholders around  the table 
rather than siloed sector leaders.  Citizens are empowered to enact solutions in their place and 
all voices are respected and space is made to process tensions with deep healing, finding each 
person’s place for a generative contribution.  
 
Prototype our economic and financial system.   
We will create an economic model using a mixture of alternative currencies and fiat currencies 
to recognize the value of our conscious networks and motivate more and more people to work 
on co-creating the Gaian Life system.   The value of the currencies will be to exchange goods 
and services among conscious co-creators as well as to save up for retirement.  There will be a 
mixture of currencies, some backed up by land stewardship rights and others by financial 
instruments and agreements to be as secure as current mainstream pension instruments.     
 
There is a good start on this decentralized finance and governance system already created.  An 
open source, digital, holacratic governance toolset has been well developed by Hypha.  And an 
alternative currency based on blockchain technology called SEEDS has been prototyped.  A 
large online regenerative community called  SEEDS exists and has been learning and practicing 
distributed governance and exchanging SEEDS currency.   
 
Several million dollars and cryptocurrencies and high quality expert hours have been 
contributed to develop this infrastructure.  A wallet app is functioning on Apple and Android 
platforms which represents 2-4 million US dollars of invested value.   
 
The user interface development and easy website payment integration needs further 
investment. The currency needs the support of this larger strategy and global co-creative 
community to become fully functioning and successful.  The first prototype of SEEDS had 
challenges that the audience are all in the same sector, regenerative agriculture land projects, 
therefore not enough people were able to exchange Seeds for valuable goods and services with 
each other and a cryptocurrency crash in 2022-23 dampened motivation and available funds to 
continue development.  We believe with large grant and membership fee support plus starting 
several simple profitable cash cow businesses co-operating to support its development and 
wise governance, we can sustain funding and effort to continue developing this important 
infrastructure for the future.   
 

CoreNexus has a platform architecture and design well mapped out for the co-creative 
community to communicate and support each other financially.  With some stable investment, a 
simplified version of this can become the Gaian Life exchange platform.  This is to be explored 
further when we are learning about and weaving the various technologies. Getting precise on 
what we actually have that is concrete and what the next steps are for investment.  
 
Gaia Commons has been building a cooperative regenerative governance system and network 
for over 10 years, focused on Columbia as their starting point, with a global vision.  They are 
fully aligned with the Love Organized Strategy and are founding partners in the SEEDS 
community. Their constitution is formed on the basis of the EARTHWISE Constitution.   
 
Earth Constitution is another body we have learned about recently.  It was written by globally 
conscious leaders when the UN formed to address the systemic governance imbalances that 
were agreed at that time.  Many nations in the Global South have been activating and 
legitimizing the Earth Constitution over time, but are not recognized by the global power 
wielders.   We intend to study and connect with the Earth Constitution players and support it to 
be the global structure or to be refined and reenergized in the emerging bio-regionally centered 
global governance holons that we see emerging in the Gaian system with Indigenous leaders 
showing the way.  

Earth B.A.N.K. fund is a new initiative coming from the Evolutionary Leaders and Bridging 
Continents Indigenous Led transformative movement.  Focusing in Manhattan and partnering 
with brand agencies and large payment processors like Visa and Apple Pay to build in a small 
flow from every translation to funnel into the regenerative governance structures we are 
building. The Hague Center for Global Governance Innovation and Emergence is on the Core 
Groups of these initiatives and also holding the LOVE ORGANIZED fund and vision.   They are 
launching with a Pow Wow on the Central Park great lawn and ‘Solstice Unites’ ongoing media 

outreach programming. 

Step 2: Nurture a Global Network of small pods  
While this is step two in the 5 bold steps, its development is ongoing from the beginning to the 
end and is already happening in various networks.  
 
Small local pods which are connected globally in a fractal information sharing network, are an 
essential structure in this vision.  Pods meet regularly weekly or bi-weekly as agreed by the pod, 
with a small group of 6-8 people as a home base.  People find their home base either by those 
who are local in the network, an age/gender/cultural based group, or by a topic or interest, or 
one can make a group with existing friends.    
 
This group shares deeply about their journeys and experiences without the pressure of a project 
to complete.  A group leader takes responsibility to hold the space and manage any required 
learning from the network and assist the group to manage tensions.  Here we discuss the latest 
developments in the network, challenges arising in our lives and how we might approach them, 
learn about new rules and agreements and tools being introduced by the network co-ordinators 
etc.   A group may do ceremonies together, have fun, and grow, you support each other in hard 
times and help see the way to more professional help when needed.  This is where each 
person’s flame is tended.  Pod members pay an annual membership fee to support the 
movement.  
 
Global Ecovillage Network / Gaia BioHabitats (Living Lands), The Peace On Earth Game, URI 
community circles, the Holomovement and many others, in their own ways, foster small groups 
of people to join into bonded circles to practice and support each other living into their purpose 
and contributing their gifts to their community.   This will create a trusted network of connections 
so when we are ready to invite people into digital platforms and currencies, they will be ready to 
say ‘yes!’ and be supported to go through the learning steps to start to practice it.  
 
As the prototypes within cities grow and learn, we will build a vivid picture of the Gaian Vision, 
grounded in real people and projects, of how someone’s life would be in this conscious system 
as opposed to the status quo system of today.  From birth to death, what is the path, the holistic 
School of Life, the fulfilling job, the pure joy in life, the beautiful compassionate retirement 
program, the sacred death ceremony.  So people can see there is a choice of a complete 
lifestyle that is financially viable and not geographically constrained.    
 
When the platforms are ready, we will reach the conscious co-creators of our world with this 
coordinated, bold vision. Using highly influential and popular evolutionary leaders as the 
messengers, share the potential of this Gaian Life System.  We will pulse the concepts through 
the network of bonded pods.   
 
Get people to sign up to help make it a reality. We ask for an annual membership fee that can 
be from 1%- 10% of your normal net income, as your investment in the future of humanity and 

Earth. You can contribute a mix of funds and time depending on what you have to give. In return 
you get a community, a possible paid job, a pension scheme and you will be contributing 
meaningfully to the transformation of the world as we know it. 
 

Step 3: FUND and BUILD a robust version of the system  
Pool our capital using membership fees and community bonds and conscious impact investing,  
to invest in profitable enterprises that support this global social security scheme for conscious 
co-creators.   
 
We start to link, partner, buy and create businesses that create a sustainable world.   
 
Approximately 15% of the global population are estimated to have the worldview who would 
embrace this Gaian Life System. (According to Don Beck in Spiral Dynamics)   That represents 
a global target market of about 800 million people.  Assuming we can motivate 8% of those 
people to invest $8,000 for a long term investment with a small return community bond, we 
would have an investment fund of  $512,000,000,000 to do the following.  
 
 

3.1 Build the Gaian Platform EcoSystem.   

This platform is how you learn and earn on the Gaian Life System. The priorities and projects of 
the collective are listed and paid jobs are posted for remuneration in Gaian Currencies and fiat.  
You take on a job that you have the skills for and ask for training in the skills you need next. If 
you can train someone in skills they need, you prioritize that in your schedule.  
 
Each person would have a verified account and a digital wallet which is their bank account for 
digital currencies.  The platform tracks your skills and reputation, and connects you to learning 
opportunities and job opportunities you are ready for.   
 
If the network is missing key skills, users will be paid to learn those key skills leading to a job in 
the role that needs to be filled.  Co-creators can offer their services and pay others for their 
services in barter and paid relationships. 
 
The goal is to fund the work that is needed in order to build the new regenerative and thriving 
governance, finance and tech systems.   
 
Technologists of the community including Core Nexus and Gaia Commons have large parts of 
this architecture worked out.  Holochain developers have been working on this for some time.  
We would fund and support these innovators to collaborate and prototype and get these 
systems professionalized.  We would have a reasonable transaction fee on the platform that 

would pay back the investors over time with a small return of 3% or so (rates to be studied and 
decided).
 
The purpose of the platform is individual thriving for the future of the collective thriving.  
 
How does the business model work?   
Wealth is created through people’s commitment to do good work.  The currency is created 
through labour.   When someone is willing to learn and willing to focus and work on improving 
the community they earn the currency into existence.   This currency is then accepted to pay for 
their housing, food, clothes, entertainment, coaching, healing and retirement within the global 
network.   We want to build up a complete network of goods and services in one place at a time, 
just enough to support the dedicated co-creator members.  It will take time to build up the 
network so enough goods and services are in the flow.  So at first we will need grants, bonds 
and simple cash cow businesses to support the fiat needs of the co-creators.  
 
Anyone who wants to ‘Walk out and Walk on’ from their current job and lifestyle can find a whole 
other economy to live into.  It gives us a viable choice and an easy bridge to the new economy.  
 
This bridge allows millions of people a way to trust enough to let go of, « well I’d really love to 
serve community with my heart and soul, but I have  to make a living, so I sell insurance. ».   
 
 To « Wow, I am encouraged to live my purpose and grow in my passions and that earns 
me my simple,  totally healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. » 
 
This exponentially growing shift around the world will release the blocks to our natural evolution 
and create the conditions where a human world in harmony with nature is plausible.  
 
It will start with only the committed evolutionaries to get pockets up and running in several 
countries and life conditions.  Once it is functioning with a critical mass, then mainstream 
civilization will be able to live into it too. Any conscious individual around the world can 
transcend the confines of their nation state and live in the global Gaian life community.  
 
Rural and war torn and oppressive places may be able to use it to subvert an oppressive 
government or chaotic social system.  It may need different forms for different life conditions.  
This will be explored and prototyped. Ideally the background data is all the same and 
interoperable but the interface with users works differently in different contexts.  The local 
people would be paid to learn and teach the technology and processes.  Maybe like the 
telephone lady microenterprise  example in Bangladesh, a few people can learn and handle the 
data side of the system and serve their community.  
 
We will need legal and financial support, technical programmers and designers that are building 
a robust, secure system that obeys complex international tax laws.  People who decide to join 
the system get a similar level of care as a citizen of a nation, including human rights and basic 

services like education, healthcare and old age pension.  These legal and financial experts are 
currently a gap in our network, how can we motivate these professionals to get involved?  Will 
Seeds be enough of a payment for them?  Can the vision of a better world really coming into 
being, motivate them?  We will have to pay fiat at least to cover costs and honorariums.  
 

3.2 Create Highly profitable endeavors.  
We will also need a few traditional, highly profitable endeavors so we can pay for the 
development and maintenance and financing of the Gaian System.  

Rentals.  
Fixing up old houses and apartments with energy retrofits and renting them out can be a simple 
enough business model for any group of conscious co-creators to manage in their city.  With 
capital investment from the region, mentorship and retrofit grants, a small team can continue to 
buy properties and rent them out to co-creators at a slightly lower than market rate or at market 
rates to those not in the network. Profits pay their salary and also start to build up profit for the 
regional budget for new projects.  Building up this experience, a team can become prepared for 
the next level of responsibility - the Gaian Condo.  
 

Condo buildings.  
Sustainable living condos in every major city, so no matter where you move, there is a 
conscious community available to you there. There are levels, so luxury private suites are 
available as well as affordable dorms. If you have no money you can work for the condo 
corporation or other community services for your digs.  We would need to partner with existing 
green condo companies such as Windmill Development or Community Housing Coops to make 
this a reality.  

Financing and mortgaging.   
Create our own lending corporations so when you pay your mortgage, the profit is funneled to 
building up more sustainable housing around the world. We would need to create a standard, 
modern financial institution with a very boring name and mission, with a board of directors 
bankers trust, so it will be approved. We will need recovering bankers and lawyers to help build 
this legally in many countries.    
 

Retirement care.  
If you work all your life in the Gaian System, you earn your high quality retirement care, near or 
with your support family and community if possible.  Retirement homes are very profitable, so 
these homes can accept all people, paying money in the local currency which subsidizes the 
costs for the Gain Life residents.  Gaian Lifers can work in the retirement homes cooking, 
cleaning, healing and gardening to also earn their housing and spending money and Gaian 
pension.  This further reduces the cost of running the retirement center with excellent, 
compassionate care.  

Golden innovations
Some funds will also support the research and development of life changing innovations. These 
will not likely be profitable for some time, but could make a big difference if they work. The 
narrative is that these innovators are often attacked, destroying their progress. So we want their 
progress to be uploaded to a secure and distributed data network. If the innovators report their 
progress, they earn currency. It also keeps a trail to their contribution so they can be rewarded if 
the invention is very profitable.  
 

Conscious media platform 
Telling our stories will be important. We will want to fund and raise up conscious media 
providers and bring them to the mainstream audiences. This could be a profit making platform 
with advertisements from ethical businesses. Unify can be a leader in this.   
 
A conscious media alliance is now forming, coming from the Evolutionary Leaders synergy 
circles.  

Step 4: Bridge people over.   

Up to this point this work has been a bubble of conscious co-creators, not interfacing much with 
the dominant system or promoting the work to the outside world.  
 
When we have a functioning, stable system developed we can start to invite more people to 
bridge from the dominant system to the new system. We will develop programs to land, heal, 
and navigate in this culture and system and tell the story to the world in many languages.  
 
The aspiration is that life will be so much more fulfilling in the Gaian system that people will say  
 “I want what she’s having!”   
 
Currently in eco-villages, the promise is large and the reality is a pretty challenging life having 
to negotiate personalities, lack of funds, lots of hard work, geographic ties, and competing

“And if I give my life to this, how do I retire?”   I found it to be the stumbling block for me and my 
family wanting to choose a conscious, eco-friendly life, but not ready to sacrifice modern 
luxuries, freedoms and privacy. This will be similar for many people.  
 
The challenge will be trust. If I leap into this new system, can I trust it will be there in 10 years 
time or 50 years time when it is time to retire?  This will not be 100% certain, but the more of us 
who choose to make it so, will make it so. 
 
What if I want to go back to the dominant system later, what have I lost?  The Gaian currency 
will be exchangeable with national currencies, someone might buy into what you collected.  This 
is also not 100% guaranteed. We’ll need to develop some minimum guarantees and exit 
strategy so people will feel safe enough to join.  We also have to protect our currency from 
speculation and hype profiteering which has destabilized other digital currencies.  
 
Because the Gain currency is created not through debt or by mining ore or random numbers in 
machines, but through contributing  meaningful human development and performing high quality 
work towards a regenerative system, it is more precious and shining with golden light.  Perhaps 
we have finally figured out alchemy.  
 

Step 5: Become the Mainstream System in some countries  
As more and more people start to live in the Gaian system, this may threaten or destabilize  the 
dominant system as they lose children from the schools, low pay workers and some of the best 
and brightest minds. They will likely try to shut it down by discrediting and sabotaging it.  
 
It will be important that it is a securely authenticated system that exists in the collective and 
does not live on one server or computer.  And the power of it can be achieved in a plethora of 
aps that can replicate and change hands easily so it is very hard to shut it down.  If you ban 
Gaia Life System ap then the G2 ap is quickly put up by another company owned by different 
people but your account info is stable.   We will have to innovate with the technological 
innovations of the time and accept that not all countries will be ready for it to co-exist with their 
dominant system.   
 
It may also be that enough people are living the Gaian system part time or full time now have an 
embodied understanding of a system that supports each person to thrive.  This will be the new 
standard for governance.  Perhaps a leader emerges to get voted into the dominant system of 
political governance on a platform of shifting it to Gaian processes.   Maybe the provincial 
leaders feel the demand from parents and see the results from Gaian schools, and decide to 
rewrite the public school system to be child centered with a focus on emotional intelligence and 

thriving for life.  Laws start to change to be more like the Gaian system.  A new standard and 
minimum bar for political leadership is passing a systems thinking and moral maturity test.   
 
RISKS, CHALLENGES  
I see some risks and suffering that could be created by this approach. We are splitting society 
into bubbles, we are removing the conscious, visionary people from the dominant system, 
preventing it from being able to heal or improve.   
 
The point is that as the old system collapses, which is assumed to be inevitable without massive 
intervention, the new system is prepared to catch us and it is not a revolution of the same old 
consciousness, it is the very best the conscious evolutionaries could come up with to serve all of 
life.  
 

Over 100 years, the Gaian system would spread to more and more of the world and continue to 
evolve to serve the life conditions of the future.
