If you are a resident of Washington DC, you have NO RIGHTS to control congress. This means your vote does not count. Did you know how you can be a resident of Washington DC? The use of a zip code puts you there as well as other unwitting declarations that you make. But the big picture is that it is really a state of mind.
Since man is only visible in the 3rd Dimension, he is the only one that can make a difference. He may be guided by a higher power or completely blind. In the land of the blind, the ONE EYED man is king. And we have seen that one eye - over and over.
