Maybe it’s complicated because we make it so.
We notice that things aren’t quite right and begin studying and joining groups who “know more than we do”.
Doesn’t each man and woman have the ability to reason? (I am unaware of any state issued license for such activity ….but I imagine there is one and I probably have committed three felonies by noon for doing so.)
What is the ROOT source of law? (as opined by the system)
They all agree that it is the Bible. – Never mind if you are Muslim, Buddhist etc, as all teachings in the various texts ESSENTIALLY have the same message and are essentially written around balance. Western culture has just forced this version upon the world at gunpoint or sword point because they BELIEVE they are just. I’m not Bible pushing, just observing.

If that is the root, why are we chasing our tails studying FRCP, UCC, Common Law, OID, Banking, etc? Why do we never get an answer when we are knocking at the door?

Since we can observe that the system is at least 2000 years old, we can observe that lessons will be repeated over and over until it is learned by the 100th monkey. Sort of like cosmic “Groundhog Day”. It is time we don’t get fooled again:

Historic observation tends to confirm this line of thinking, and it is rumored to be the seat of the spiritual realm. Irrespective of the alleged truth of that, the symbolism should not be lost on you.

But right after zapping the heavens and earth into shape, a trust was established.
Trusts occur when there is NO MONEY. It is pretty clear that if you are smart enough to create heavens and earth you could create “earth money”. But there was no need for money.

However, the trust indentures were simple;
- Keep the Peace.
- Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
- So long as it does not take away others freedom, life, property, or do other such harm, do what you like and let others enjoy their free will too.
These trust indentures - if properly observed - are complete, entire, and sufficient for the conduct of all business, all relationships, and all needs. They lead directly to moral behavior among men. The Bible forbids Mankind from making legislation (Deuteronomy 4:2) and for Christians the True Law was further reduced to only two precepts: to love God (Matthew 22:37) and love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31).
That is pretty simple, even a child could understand that. The Bible does suggest that you be CHILD LIKE – not childish in your beliefs. Yet people persist in childish beliefs vs the innocence of a child.

When those three indentures were not being followed by God’s children, seven more were created. (those are also ANALOGIES – now that we have learned that the Bible is based on universal language –SYMBOLISM.)
The system started off with Don’t steal, don’t lie and don’t cheat. (The government hates competition) But ultimately in direct contradiction to Deuteronomy 4:2, we now we have 80,000,000 statutes and codes, which appear to be written in concert with the third law of physics; for every statute and code, there is an equal and opposite statute and code. If you can’t understand simple the trust indentures, you will find little comfort in statutes and code. Even if you read them at one code per minute it would take 154 years to read them all. Small wonder that those following this path are deluded.

Genesis 1 :26 -28 - Creator places assets in trust to Adam, for future generations (people as beneficiary – yes, it is an allegory, but it symbolizes the point. Everything was already here. You can’t “own” what you didn’t create. Any claim of land is childish, you didn’t create it. )

The American Indians recognized the spirit of the Genesis trust in a consistent way, but were deemed “enemies of the crown” and subjected to genocide. It is appears to be a two part equity contract, consisting of a trust indenture (Preamble and Bill of Rights) and a services agreement contract. It obligates the United States (Commercial Company) to provide certain enumerated services including protection of the national trust and the subscribing States agree to pay for all this.
As a document, The Constitution for the united States of America is straight forward; a trust indenture and a services contract, but there is another aspect to it that is a matter of function rather than form.
The Constitution - the real one - is a trilateral international treaty.
- It binds each State to the federal Union.
- It binds each State to the other States.
- It binds the States as a group to the federal Union.
Another important point to note is that all Parties are acting in International Commerce. Each 'State of America" is for the purposes of' International Law a separate nation, so The Constitution represents a solemn treaty among many nations, obligating each to provide services or sustenance or both for the others, all of them interconnected according to the terms of the agreements reached. Not all of the original Thirteen Colonies signed on to The Constitution. Only nine originally ratified it. The rest joined the Union at a later time, and new States were added under the Northwest Ordinance and the equal footing Doctrine for almost a hundred years- right up until the Civil War.
People are not direct Parties to The Constitution and have only secondhand (subrogated) standing. The States and the federal Union are the direct parties obligated by The Contract. Also notice that The Constitution is NOT the source of any of your rights and material interests. It simply restricts the federal Union and limits it and provides guarantees protecting rights and prerogatives living people already have.

1914 Corporate US began issuing Birth Certificates. Shadow titles to the living being, the Department of Vital Statistics has repeatedly stated in writing that they do not register people, only events.
1933 CORPORATE BANKRUPTCY FDR was ''President'' of The United States of America, Inc. and the ''Governors'' of these ''States'' were all franchise managers. On March 6, 1933, Roosevelt told them all that The United States of America (Incorporated) was bankrupt. The ''Governors'' all immediately ''pledged the good faith and credit'' of ''their states and the citizenry thereof''. They could not pledge the good faith or the credit of living American State Citizens nor of their organic states, either- and they didn't. They pledged the resources of their ''states''- the federal ''State'' franchises and their citizens – the ''United States Citizens" who happened to be residing on the land of the organic states. Current officials take an oath to the corporate Constitution OF the United States, but it also acknowledges prior trust obligations (like the original constitution) and previous treaties. It derives its power from the chain of trusts.
In keeping with the intent of the Bible, the system allowed a way for you to stay out of commerce. They gave you a MASK / BC Indemnity receipt, which you could use for commerce. But if you decided to identify with the mask and wore it all the time, you became a sinner because you were ONLY TAKING FROM the global trust. You are DEEMED unworthy. You need to be RE-deemed.
When you operate AS the mask, you are the mask, when you operate as the man behind the mask you operate as a spirit because the system can not see the living man.
The living man is for giving his energy to the strawman. You use the strawman for getting things. The living man is forgiving, the strawman is forgetting (forgot the trust indentures, true god, now has the god of money.) You were to use the mask for commerce because they can’t see you.

How do we flip the trust and ENFORCE it?
There are no judicial courts in America and there have not been since 1789. Judges do not enforce Statutes and Codes. Executive Administrators enforce Statutes and Codes.

They have shut the door on courts as all Common Law Courts today exist only on paper, purposefully left unfunded and without paid staff. The American People have not had access to the courts and law forms they are owed for decades. But when one door shuts another opens. (Which is generally good, unless you live in a submarine.)
And we all live in a yellow (fringed flag) submarine under the rules of admiralty when you follow the statutes and codes. The great flood is an analogy, we are all under the law of the sea, and live under Maxwell’s Silver Hammer. But as the image above suggests, the people are to operate by trust law which is above the sea of commerce. Trust law is what Jesus spoke of. It allows you to walk on water. It is a superior law form to statutes and codes. Your ship is a court of exclusive equity which is YOUR court.
Do not enter the courts of the dead that SUMMONS dead “corpsorations.”
