Southwest Counseling Associates is a dynamic ministry constantly adapting to the needs of the community around us. The core of our ministry is the psycho therapeutic session between a licensed therapist and a client whether it's an individual, family or couple. Mission Hills Church of Littleton started Southwest Counseling Associates in 1986 eventually branching off into an independent agency.

Every client is unique and that's how we approach each and every situation. During these sessions we take the time to define specific goals and create a practical way to both pursue and achieve these goals. Feelings are real and sometimes difficult to deal with. Our sessions help people accept, understand and manage their feelings using healthy thoughts.
Once we've established this foundation clients can choose to also strengthen their faith.
