I will work with your doctors, absolutely. I have also found two potential doctors to perform independent medical evaluations (IMEs) to review your medical records and compose a report to service-connect your medical conditions (if that is their medical opinion). I have not contacted them yet, as I do not have the release form from you or your medical records. Once I have those documents, I will contact them to determine their fees and assess their qualifications and then discuss with you how you want to proceed.

I received the packet of documents you sent to me last week and I am going to contact doctors for you to determine if they can help your cases and to inquire about their fees.
Per your request, I drafted a contingency fee agreement (see attached). The "compensation of firm" section (paragraph 2) has a line for you to enter the amount of compensation. Please complete this section and sign and date pages 3 and 4 as well. To contact doctors on your behalf, I'll need your consent to release your medical records and that is what page 4 covers.
