Ingredients:
Canned tomatoes - 1 jar (peeled and sliced)
Vegetable broth - 2 cups
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Garlic - 2 cloves (diced)
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Basil - 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Canned beans - 1 jar (drained)
Pasta (small) - 3/4 cup (boiled)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic on olive oil until transparent.
Combine tomatoes with juice, beans, broth, sauteed onions with garlic in a saucepan, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta and basil to soup, stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with basil.
Ready in: 25 minutes.
