1. Amla shot
Amla shot can be made by grinding 2 amlas, 2 tulsi leaves and 4 curry leaves per person together. It is the
best when consumed in the morning. It helps with skin and hair quality enhancement and also keeps
diseases at bay.
2. Amla Chutney
Blend chopped amla, coriander, green chilies, salt, cumin seeds, and hing together. Add water to make a
paste. This chutney is a source of vitamin C and can be eaten with parathas.
3. Amla ka achaar
The amla pickle has a rustic and savory taste and can be eaten with parathas or rice. It is prepared by cooking amla
in oil and adding red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sea salt and mustard methi seeds powder.
4. Fresh Cut Amla With Sault
Slice the amlas into small pieces and sprinkle them with a little pink or regular salt. Eat fresh.
5. Boil amla along with graing
Make your Chole and Dal more nutritious by boiling it with amla. It will make it healthier and tastier.
6. Make a subji
Steam cook amla by adding a glass of water in the pressure cooker. After draining cut amla into small pieces and remove the seeds. Add turmeric, amla pieces and all the spices and mix and stir well, add sugar on top. Serve hot with rice, roti or any bread.
7. Herbal amla drink
- .Boil amla and grind it. Refrigerate it in a glass container
- Add a couple of spoons to warm or lukewarm water along with Gur/dhaage wali mishri/ honey.
