Dear Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao:

U guys should offer 'California' the option to 'repay' the federal federal government the 3.5 billion they owe on the 'High Speed Rail $cam' by offering them a credit of $1,000 for each illegal immigrant they verifiably round up & send back to Mexico, AND to require they do not allow others to illegally enter from there either. They could do this INSTANTLY as they are all over the place & super E Z 2 find. I was born here, live here, & I do not 'think' this. I KNOW this. That's worth INFINITELY more in $avings 4 Americans than the $ they have WA$TED on the 'Rail $cam', because the 'migrants' are an eternal drain on many different 'welfare' type resources on top of the crime & everything else they do to harm civilization. Their requirement to defend the border with lots more cops & other things and help build the wall is a given in this 'repayment' offer. You should also require they pay back the various 'emergency funds' they have received for many other 'disasters' in the past, which I am sure you will find they $tole a variety of ways to line their pockets instead of for the purpose intended when given by the federal government. You can also prosecute & fine/jail those involved to gain more compliance for the wall project, etc. For instance, here is some good stuff on how to prosecute Pelosi for treason:

Shouldn't stop @ her though, but extend it to the rest of the DemonCrat party, which is easily provable in legal terms a terrorist organization to be banned for eternity, like ISIS, etc.. Oh also, U should require in the 'repayment' that they criminalize advertising for employment in Spanish, & cancel all 'bilingual' type stuff which just wastes printing & encourages invaders to enter. All 'farm work' in California is a complete criminal alien scam where white Americans are essentially FORBIDDEN from employment. Please ALLOW us do our own dirty work. Thank you President Trump and Secretary Chao for doing the right thing by requiring California to repay federal taxpayers for its failed high speed rail boondoggle. Taxpayers should not be on the hook for California's failed 'Acela to Nowhere.' Even Governor Gavin Newsom admitted the project is a failure in his State of the State speech, saying: "The project, as currently planned, would cost too much and take too long... there simply isn’t a path to get from Sacramento to San Diego, let alone from San Francisco to L.A. I wish there were." The idea that the state would retain all of its federal grant money for upgrading the rail link from Merced to Bakersfield is a transparent effort to scam federal taxpayers and I appreciate that your administration is not falling for it. With this announcement, your administration has ushered in a new era of accountability when it comes to federal spending. Thank you for protecting American taxpayers from California's wasteful spending, and I hope you are able to successfully require repayment for all of the federal tax dollars that were sent to this failed project.
