U guys are doing this on purpose to create 'things to do'?? I have collected the various 'loops' and combined them here. You may want to forward this up the chain to management. After explaining what I have, even though there is 'ticket tracking' (and of course, organized by my E-Mail address right?) the topics you go through have already been covered several times.
If you do not accept stuff after 60 days, and you do not accept items that have been washed or with any tags off, that should have been the very first thing anybody there ever said to me because that is exactly what I said I have ~ so as not to waste anybody's time or company money on dead ends. But that didn't work. After going through everything with you guys you then spring it on me at the end like a game, like 'oh we changed our mind' LOL
For example, scroll down &/or search this (long collection) of E-Mails and you will see I mentioned the exact condition of the lot on September 23...

I understand the desire in some organizations like for example google, to purposely make a mess so they always have 'job security' to 'treat a problem' with the design, but it is annoying to customers when you ask me to provide various details and stuff as if you can fix the problem & then change your mind.
For example, I was asked to provide the 'jean code numbers' long after I said 2 of the pairs have been washed, and 3 have the tags off. What was the point of the other dozen or so messages to me that came after that then? LOL!!
Also yes of course I could sell them on Fleabay & maybe even get lots of money, but what I want is simply to exchange them, because I like the style. That was the first thing I said. Your sizes, however, are inconsistent = ones from Mexico smaller than those from Colombia, even with same 'numbers', etc = I guess to $cam you on the fabric (saving by making them smaller than promised =))
Anyway, I attached all the messages I could find relating to this below. I have 6 pairs. 2 have been washed and faded a bit. 1 of the remaining 3 has the tags off like the 2 washed ones, but still as dark (new looking), & 3 are new looking (tags and everything still on). You also sent me a 30% off coupon so I asked if I could get an additional pair, for 7 total of style "045114407".
To rephrase this, I want to send you 6 pairs of style "045114407" in size W31, L30, and exchange for same quantity of no stretch "045114407" style fabric but in size W33, L30. If I can get an additional pair at 30% off I would like to know what the price would be. And if it's all 'discontinued' maybe have a look in your 'store inventory' to see if any left out 'in the wild' there =) And if you don't have any at all no matter what, you might consider bringing them back, because they look better than the other jeans I tried on at the store =D
