Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan, add onions, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add flour, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste, broth, milk, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Pour vodka, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add tomatoes, shrimps, and dill, bring to boil.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and serve with whipped sour cream.
