QAUMI JHANDEY KO SALAAMI DENA

• Beshak, agar koi cheez saabit hojaaye ke ye Allaah (تعالى) ki ibaadat se ta'lluq rakhti hai toh phir usey Allaah ke siwa kisi aur ke liye karna Shirk hai aur khaas kar jab Itaa'at aur Qunoot ke tareeqe mein Khadey ho toh ye Allaah (تعالى) ki ibaadat hai. Ye mehez tanha khadey hone se ek izaafi mu'aamlah hai, jaisa ke Farmaan e ILaahi hai:

 

وَقُوۡمُوۡا لِلّٰهِ قٰنِتِیۡنَ

 

"Aur Allaah (تعالى) ke saamne Farmaabardaar (Qaaniteen) bankar khadey hua karo." (Soorah Al-Baqarah:238)

 

• Lihaaza, is tarah khadey hona agar Allaah (تعالى) ke siwa kisi aur ke liye kiya jaaye toh ye Shirk hai. Chaahe woh kisi Insaan ke liye kiya jaaye Ya kisi Patthar (rock) ke liye Ya Darakht (tree) ke liye Ya kisi Commander ke liye, Ya kisi Sitaare (Star) ke liye, Ya kisi Jhandey (Flag) ke liye ho chaahe woh Mulk ka ho Ya Qaum ka Ya Khaandaan wa Qabeele ka.

 

• Aur Namaaz jo hum pardhte hain uske dauraan hum Qiyaam karte hain aur Quraan ki tilaawat bhi karte hain, isi tarah Mulk wa Qaumi taraane ke waqt Qiyaam kiya jaata hai aur Qaumi taraane ki tilaawat bhi hoti hai aur hum Namaaz mein Rasool Allaah (ﷺ) ki ta'leem ke mutaabiq Rafa'ul-Yadayn (haathon ko uthaate) hain aur Mulk wa Qaumi taraane mein bhi Salaami (Salute) wa haath ko uthaaya jaata hai. Toh jis tarah hum Namaaz mein Allaah (تعالى) ki ibaadat karte hai, isi tarah ye Mulk wa Qaumi Jhandey wa Parcham ke liye kiya jaata hai jo ke ibaadat hai.

 

• Deen e Islaam se bardhkar koi Deen Kaise achcha hosakta hai ? Har aadmi ko apni qaum azeez hoti hai kyunke woh wahaan par paida hota hai aur uski parwarish wahin unhi ke saath hoti hai, lekin islaam mein ye hukm hai ke apni qaum ki himaayat jab tak hi kar sakta hai jab tak ke woh Musalmaan rahey, agar woh Kaafir aur Mushrik hai toh unki himaayat kaise kee jaa sakti hai ? toh aisi qaum se apne aap ko alag thalag karle, Eemaan ka yahi taqaaza hai.

 

• Shirk aur Kufr par mabni jhandey wa parcham ki koi izzat nahin, koi ta'zeem nahin, na hi aisey jhandey taley lard sakte hai, na hi uski hifaazat kar sakte hain aur na hi uski koi hurmat hai.

 

Nabi (ﷺ) ne farmaaya:

 

مَنْ قَاتَلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عِمِّيَّةٍ،‏‏‏‏ يَدْعُو إِلَى عَصَبِيَّةٍ،‏‏‏‏ أَوْ يَغْضَبُ لِعَصَبِيَّةٍ،‏‏‏‏ فَقِتْلَتُهُ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ

 

"Jo shakhs Gumraahi ke Jhandey taley ladey, (logon ko) Asabiyat (Mulk wa Qaum ki tarafdaari) ki da'wat dey Ya Asabiyat ki bunyaad par ghusse mein aaye (agar usko maut aajaaye) toh uski maut Jaahiliyat ki maut hogi."

☆ FAWAAYED WA MASAAYEL ☆

 

[1] Gumraahi ke jhandey ka matlab ye hai ke ye tehqeeq kiye baghair ek fareeq ka saath deta hai ke woh haqq par hai Ya nahin. Is soorat mein agar woh Giroh haqq par bhi ho toh us shakhs ki Niyyat haqq ka saath dene kee nahin thi balke apne Mulk, Khaandaan, Qabeele, Qaum, Jamaa'at, Party Ya Tanzeem ka saath dene kee hai, isliye ye woh jung nahin jis mein hissah lene se sawaab ho aur Qatal hone se Shahaadat ka darjah miley.

 

[2] Haqq wa Baatil ki pehchaan kiye baghair har da'wat aur har jung wa jadal Jaahiliyat ke tareeqe par hai.

 

Kuch Jaahil qism ke logon ka kehna hota hai ke agar hum Mulki wa Qaumi jhandey ke amal mein shumaar na honge toh is se Fitnah paida hota hai aur Musalmaanon par Ghaddaar e Watan aur Qaumi Parcham ki bey hurmati waghairah jaise ilzaam lagaaye jaate hai toh aise waqt in mein shaamil hua jaa sakta hai. Inko Allaah ke nazdeek Ghaddaar banjaane ka darr nahin, asal Fitnah kisey kehte hai aaiye dekhte hain:

 

Qataadah (Rahimahullaah) Farmaan e ILaahi:

 

وَالۡفِتۡنَةُ اَشَدُّ مِنَ الۡقَتۡلِ

 

"FITNAH Qatal se zyaadah sakht hai." (1) ki tafseer mein farmaate hain:

 

الشّركُ أشدُّ مِن القتلِ.

 

"SHIRK Qatal se bhi bada gunaah hai." (2).

 

وَقٰتِلُوۡهُمۡ حَتّٰی لَا تَکُوۡنَ فِتۡنَةٌ

 

"FITNEY ke khaatme tak unse Qitaal karo." (3) ki tafseer mein bhi Aapne FITNAH se muraad SHIRK liya hai. (4)

 

Imaam Tabari (Rahimahullaah) isi aayat ki tafseer mein likhte hain:

 

يقول تعالی ذِكْره لِنَبِيِّهِ مُحَمَّد صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : وَقَاتِلُوا الْمُشْرِكِينَ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ { حَتَّى لَا تَكُون فِتْنَة } يَعْنِي : حَتَّى لَا يَكُون شِرْك بِاَللَّهِ , وَحَتَّى لَا يُعْبَد دُونه أَحَد , وَتَضْمَحِلّ عِبَادَة الْأَوْثَان وَالْآلِهَة وَالْأَنْدَاد , وَتَكُون الْعِبَادَة وَالطَّاعَة لِلَّهِ وَحْده دُون غَيْره مِنْ الْأَصْنَام وَالْأَوْثَان

 

"Allaah (تعالى) apne Nabi se farmaata hai ke jo MUSHRIK Aap (ﷺ) se lardte hain, Aap bhi unse ladein, yahaan tak ke FITNAH khatm hojaaye. Ya'ni Allaah ke saath SHIRK khatm hojaaye, uske siwa kisi ki 'Ibaadat na kee jaaye. Buton, Ma'boodaan e Baatilah aur Thaanon ki pooja khatm hojaaye aur 'Ibaadat wa Itaa'at khaalis Allaah ke liye reh jaaye." (5)

 

Qataadah (Rahimahullaah) Farmaan e ILaahi:

 

حَتّٰی تَضَعَ الۡحَرۡبُ اَوۡزَارَهَا

 

"Yahaan tak ke jung apne hathyaar rakh dey." (6) mein jung se muraad SHIRK lete hue farmaate hain:

 

حتى لا يكونَ شِركٌ

 

"Yahaan tak ke SHIRK baaqi na rahey." (7)

 

Asal Fitnah Shirk hai aur ye log baghair Ikraah ke Shirk karne ko keh rahey hai aur Ikraah waali aayat aisi jagah laagu kar rahey hain jahaan Ikraah hai hi nahin.

 

• Ek Aalim e Soo ka fatwa hai ke Qaumi jhandey ki ta'zeem ke liye Qiyaam durust nahin hai aur agar koi majboori wa ikraah na ho toh us se ijtenaab karna chaahiye magar ba'z auqaat aisa karne se fitnah paida hota hai aur Musalmaan par Ghaddaar e Watan aur Qaumi parcham ki bey hurmati waghairah ke ilzaam lagaaye jaate hain aur jahaan fitney ka khauf aur majboori na ho wahaan ihteraaman khadey hokar jhandey ko salaami dene se ijtenaab karna chaahiye, aur jahaan fitney ka khauf aur majboori ho wahaan baghair ta'zeem ki Niyyat kiye hue khada hona chaahiye, Aur woh Aalim e Soo kehta hai ke aisi soorat mein bila ta'zeem ki niyyat kiye hue khada hone ki gunjaayish maloom hoti, kyunke majboori ki soorat mein zubaan se Kalimah e Kufr nikaalne ki bhi ijaazat hai basharteke dil Eemaan par mutma'in ho. Aur woh daleel ke taur par Qur'aan ki ye aayat peysh karta hai:

 

مَن كَفَرَ بِٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِیمَـٰنِهِۦۤ إِلَّا مَنۡ أُكۡرِهَ وَقَلۡبُهُۥ مُطۡمَئِنُّۢ بِٱلۡإِیمَـٰنِ وَلَـٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِٱلۡكُفۡرِ صَدۡرࣰا فَعَلَیۡهِمۡ غَضَبࣱ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِیمࣱ

 

"Jo shakhs apne Eemaan laane ke ba'd Allaah se Kufr karey siwaaye uske jis par jabar kiya jaaye aur uska dil Eemaan par barqaraar ho, magar jo log khule dil se Kufr karey toh unpar Allaah ka ghazab hai aur unhi ke liye bohat bada azaab hai."

 

[Soorah No. 16, Al-Nahl, Aayah: 106]

 

• Ye Aalim e Soo se sawaal hai ke Kya Kuffaar wa Mushrikeen bhi Musalmaanon ke Shar'ee Haakim ban sakte hain ?

 

• Kya agar Qaumi jhanda Kuffaar wa Mushrikeen ke shi'aar ka ho, kya tab bhi aisa kiya jaa sakta hai ?

 

• Kya kisi par Ghaddaar e Watan aur Qaumi Parcham ki bey hurmati ka ilzaam lagaana Ikraah mein shaamil hai jis se uski jaan wa maal ko yaqeeni khatrah ho toh woh Shirkiyah wa Kufriyah a'maal kar sakta hai ?

 

• Jaisa ke ye Aalim e Soo ka fatwa hai ke Fitney ke darr se bila ta'zeem Ghaddaar e Watan jaise ilzaam se bachne ke liye Qaumi parcham ke liye tehra jaa sakta hai toh Kya Ghaddaar e Watan ke ilzaam se bachne ke liye Buton (idols) ki ibaadat kee jaa sakti hai ?

 

• Kya Ghaddaar e Watan ke ilzaam se bachne ke liye Buton ke saamne sajdah kiya jaa sakta hai ? Haalaanke Ikraah ki haalat mein dil ko Eemaan par barqaraar rakh kar ghair Allaah ke saamne sajdah karna mubaah hojaata hai.

 

• Ikraah kya hai ? Uski shartein kya hai ? Ikraah ki haalat mein kab Dil ko Eemaan par barqaraar rakh kar Shirkiyah wa Kufriyah a'maal karne ka jawaaz hai ?

 

• Kya sirf gumaan wa gunjaayish ki bina par Ikraah waali aayat ko laagu kiya jaa sakta hai jab ke ikraah hone ka imkaan hi nahin hai ?

 

• Ye jo Yaum e Aazaadi aur Yaum e Jamhooriyah ke din hai jahaan Qaumi jhandey ko chadhaane ka iltezaam kiya jaata hai jo ke Shirk wa Kufr ki nishaani hai, kya Islaam isko chadhaane ki ijaazat deta hai ? Kya isko chadhaate waqt ke amal mein shaamil hua jaa sakta hai haalaanke ye Shirk aur Kufr ki nishaani hai ?

 

• Kya maslahah aur hikmat ke naam par sirf Shirk aur Kufr ka jaise azeem gunaah ka irtekaab kiya jaa sakta hai ? Chori aur Zinaa jaise gunaah ko maslahat aur hikmat ka naam kyun nahin diya jaa raha hai ? Haalaanke Shirk aur Kufr ke lihaaz se Chori aur Zinaa kam gunaah hai. Shirk aur Kufr ke muqaable mein Chori aur Zinaa ka gunaah kam hai.

 

• Kya maslahat aur hikmat ke naam par Zinaa aur Chori kee jaa sakti hai jis tarah maslahat aur hikmat ke naam par Shirk aur Kufr ka irtekaab kiya jaa raha hai ? Haalaanke Deen e Islaam mein Shirk aur Kufr se bada koi gunaah nahin hai.

 

• Aye Ulamaa e Soo, Haqq ko Baatil ke saath mat milaao aur Haqq ko na chupaao, Farmaan e ILaahi hai:

 

وَ لَا تَلۡبِسُوا الۡحَقَّ بِالۡبَاطِلِ وَ تَکۡتُمُوا الۡحَقَّ وَاَنۡتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ

 

"Aur Haqq ko Baatil ke saath khalat malat (mix) na karo aur Haqq ko mat chupaao, haalaanke tumhein toh khud is (cheez) ka ilm hai." (8)
