Vegetable soup recipe

Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Leeks - 3-4 pcs. (chopped)
Vegetable broth - 5 cups
Broccoli - 1 1/2 cups (florets)
Carrots - 4-5 pcs. (peeled and chopped)
Medium zucchinis - 4 pcs. (diced)
Bell pepper - 1-2 pcs.
Butter - 3 tbsp
Flour - 1 1/2 tbsp

Directions:

Melt butter in a large saucepan, add leeks, stir over medium heat for 5 minutes, until onion is tender.

Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, gradually pour the broth, stirring, bring to boil over high heat.

Add vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are ready.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
