According to the policy of United Airline, if you don't appear at the time of departure of your flight, the airline will charge you $125 to have your miles redeposit, regardless of your status level.
Changes made on the same day on award fare, United Airlines will apply a fee of $75 in the case of Silver and general members. Gold-level elite members of the above are not required to pay fees.
