Undisciplined brothers and sisters

Another obstacle in Jihad are undisciplined brothers and sisters, let’s call them “chaotic”.

Not long ago I was charged with the leadership of an expedition group.
We were in the trenches, facing thousands of enemies who were fully equipped with heavy weapons, tanks and even had a own helicopter landing site.
One day at noon when I was walking through the ranks I saw a brother who didn’t take the guard duty seriously.
He was listening to his MP3 player and enjoying a tea.
He was very negligent despite the dangerous situation.
When I asked him to do his guard duty properly and turned away and went, he told his companion that I shouldn’t be that strict, since we weren’t soldiers.
Yes! He really said that we aren’t soldiers and that we wouldn’t need strict rules like those behind and pointed at the soldiers of the Kuffar.
One of the brothers who was present at that time was shocked and told him that we were indeed soldiers, in fact the soldiers of Allah!
And he added that the soldiers of the Kuffar fight for money, but we fight for the truth and this means that we have to be more disciplined and committed than them.

There are many of such brothers and sisters here and they are truly a big obstacle in Jihad.
They neither want to hear nor want to obey and want to enjoy all their freedoms.
They don’t know the status of an Ameer and when they are ordered or prohibited to do something, they give the reply that this is not mentioned in the Qur’an or in a Hadith and here they forget the speech of Allah: “O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you” (4:59)

And the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s) said: “Tooba (a huge tree in Paradise) is for him who holds the reins of his horse to strive in Allah’s Cause, with his hair unkempt and feet covered with dust: if he is appointed in the vanguard, he is perfectly satisfied with his post of guarding, and if he is appointed in the rearward, he accepts his post with satisfaction; if he asks for permission he is not permitted, and if he intercedes, his intercession is not accepted.”
(Sahih Bukhari)

In Islam everything has its place and order. These brothers and sisters didn’t understand that they joined an Islamic army which has rules.
If one of these rules or orders aren’t followed, then the blessing in our ranks will disappear and the victory will be delayed.
