Tript Kaur, students of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27 emerged as being the Tricity topper with 98.8 percent in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class XII examination, the outcomes of which were declared on Monday.

Tript, the scholar of humanities, got an ideal score of 100 marks of all time and political science, 99 marks each in psychology and phys . ed . and 96 marks in English. The eldest daughter connected with an insurance surveyor Jaspreet Singh Mehta and Manmeet Kaur, Tript now looks to taking admission in BA (English Honours) in Delhi University (DU). “I enjoy reading English novels, and possess also been participating in various essay-writing competitions. So, English is the best subject. I want to JKBOSE 12th Result 2016 pursue research in English, or plan Civil Services examinations,” said Tript, who attempts inspiration in noted English writer, Ruskin Bond, and former President, A P J Abdul Kalam.



As Tript rejoiced in their own achievement, her father said he was surprised, “I am still in shock. It is this sort of good percentage. We will celebrate in a very grand way,” said her father.

Talking about her preparation, Tript said, “I employed to study for approximately four hours daily, and was regular at high school. I did not take any coaching, and used self-study. However, I would advice all students having humanities, that they must take all subjects seriously, and there is no space for complacency.” Second in line is Chakshu Goyal from Stepping Stones Senior Secondary School, Sector 37, who emerged as topper with 98 percent in Non-Medical stream. Chakshu lives in Ludhiana, and has now been staying in the hostel in Chandigarh for last two years, as a way to take coaching for engineering entrance examinations.

“There just isn't much difference in be prepared for Boards and engineering entrance examinations, if the scholar focuses on reading NCERT books. It is much more about managing your time and energy well,” said Chakshu, who promises to pursue mechanical engineering from an IIT. He scored 100 in mathematics, 99 in physics, 98 each in chemistry and phys . ed . and 95 in English. Kanksha Malhotra, from Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 27, emerged as being the topper in Commerce stream, with 97.8 per-cent. Elated over her performance, Kanksha says, she never expected such large part.
“The critical for performing well in examinations should be to study consistently. Students must not take stress and look only when they need to,” said Kanksha, daughter of businessman Arun Malhotra and Shelly Malhotra. With 100 marks in accounts, 99 in political science, 98 in mathematics, 95 in English and 97 in operation, Kanksha says, she's most thinking about Mathematics and Accounts. She now intends to pursue BCom from the good college affiliated to Panjab University (PU).

Girls took the lead during Medical stream, go here with Ayushi Sood, from Bhawan Vidyalaya, Sector 27 emerging topper from the stream with 96.6 per-cent. With 99 marks in Psychology, 99 marks in English and 95 marks each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Ayushi now looks toward getting admission in BSc (Physics) or Biochemistry.



“Unlike most, I do not need to be a doctor,” laughed Ayushi, who took coaching for Physics and Chemistry, and familiar with study for four hours daily. Ayushi also got selected for just a scholarship scheme to obtain admission in a single of colleges in New York, but has chosen never to go.

Talking about her preparation for examinations MP Board 12th Result 2016, she said, “Pay focus on what is being taught inside class, and you should succeed.”

With three toppers through the school, principal, Bhawan Vidyalaya, Sector 27, Vineeta Arora said, “We are really proud, and also the credit for this, travels to the teachers and students who studied hard. This is the fifth year in continuation, that a minumum of one of the Tricity toppers of Class 12th comes from our school.”
