  • Start by keeping your head straight on top of your shoulders and ensure that your back is straight when you are doing this stretch.
  • Continue by lowering your chin towards your chest. Hold this position for 30 seconds. You must already be feeling the stretch.
  • Now slowly and smoothly lift your head and come back to the starting position
  • Next, tilt your head back in such a manner that your chin moves towards the ceiling.
  • Let the base of your skull go towards the back and touch it.
  • Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds, and return smoothly to the starting position.
  • You can easily repeat this set a number of times daily.
