The US Supreme Court has upheld the law that will effectively ban TikTok in USA on Sunday, January 19 2025.
As of Sunday, it will be illegal for app stores (Like Google Play and the App Store) and internet hosting services to distribute the social network.
Surveillance has been (calmied) at the heart of the move to ban TikTok, and the DOJ argued that the Chinese government could compel ByteDance owner of TikTok to secretly turn over the data of millions of Americans. (while there are other hidden motives for the ban which are stated later in this post)
Does not US based social network and US big Tech do the same? Do not they send all users data from around the world to NSA CIA, FBI and other spy agencies?
It is not that they are also risks for users worldwide?
Why USA have the right to restrict a social network app based on its Head Quarter (HQ) or country of origins? While if other regimes do the same it is against Human rights?
If USA has the right to ban an app on national security bases? Where the national security rights for non Americans like Muslims and also Americans on using social networking app coming from USA like Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), Snap, Pinterest, YouTube, Bsky and also Linkedin? Who they publicly say that they collaborate with US spy agencies like NSA, FBI and the CIA?
Why USA has the right for national security and that data of US users should not accessible by a foreign country like China? Why it is ok for big social media, big US tech and big search engines like Google Bing and Yahoo! in USA send users data from non US countries and even USA citizens to US and Western spy agencies and also many spy agencies around the world who are in alliance with US regime like Arab regimes??
Here is an unknown example of US goveremnt and regime and its spy agencies conspiring against a social network for Muslim from other none US & EU nations:
Around 15 years ago, Pakistan court banned facebook in Pakistan because facebook did not delete a page that was calling to draw prophet Mohammad peace be up on him with insulting images. and many in the west condemned that on free speech bases! (later Pakistan restored access to facebook)
At the time a Pakistan Muslims founded social network appeared called MillatFacebook (later re-branded as MyMFB ), remarkably in short span of three days, over 300,000 Muslims from across the globe registered on MyMFB.
The founders said that at the time that the CIA approached them to get funding from the CIA but they refused, Millatfacebook got publicity when it was launched by many mainstream and tech media which led to millions of visits.

Then the CIA launched a massive DDoS attack on the site and here the US government forced secretly all web hosting companies not to host Millatfacebook servers which made the site go down for many months as a result it lost all the users traffic spike because of the initial publicity. (according to MYMFB managers at the time)
The CIA also launched a similar social network with a similar name. In order to get users to its platform conspiring against MillatFacebook
Also at the same time Hillary Clinton’s gave what was called a "Historic Speech on Global Internet Freedom"
When Google has threatened to pull out of China, ending a 2006 compromise in which the popular search engine company agreed to allow China to filter taboo topics on searches done inside the country.
In speech on Internet freedom and foreign policy, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sounded off on the issue back then, criticizing countries that censor the Web.
"Countries that restrict free access to information or violate the basic rights of Internet users risk walling themselves off from the progress of the next century," Secretary Clinton said.
The Chinese government fired back saying that the issue will strain relations between the two countries.
So here Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (which is a Demarcate like Obama and Biden) talks about Chinese censorship as a volition to Internet users rights (and human-rights). while the USA government today forced TikTok to be shutdown and be banned in USA because it is Chines owned!
(Note: Biden the current US president was Obama’s Vice president in which Hillary Clinton served as their Secretary of State, which means her speech about online free access also represent the Obama and Biden standing on this issue which is a bold hypocrisy!)
Is not that hypocrisy at its highest level?

So basically the US does not allow free speech online or offline if its against it or its partner: “Israel” it also does not allow for non US and Western startups to become big tech, (unless they become spies) for example this post: US ban on Chinese auto tech signals decisive split in global market (and others)

USA the West, Arab regimes and UN imposed very harsh sanctions against Iraq for more than 10 years since 1991 which resulted into the death of 1.5 million children because of lack of medicine and food. And is the last “Isreali” war in Gaza “Israel” prevented food for Muslims there which led to famine . Also Israel bombed food aid workers killing man of them.

So here the Mossad the intelligence arm of “Israel” is using economic weapons against Americans who demonstrate against Israeli genocide in Gaza, with no jobs!!
All this the above, also the US support of Israel genocide war against Gaza in terms of weapons, intelligence, millinery soldiers, political and economic support which resulted of the death of around 45,000 Muslims many of them women and children with more than 100,00 inured and most Gaza cities, towns and refuges places were leveled to the ground.
Plus US crimes against Muslim in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen Libya and other Muslims countries, which resulted in killing around 4.5 million Muslims and wide destruction of many Muslim cities and villages as clear avoidance that USA and the West are criminals and terrorists regime hiding behind human-rights, freedom and free speech. Which proven they do not adhere to these slogans and that they are just part of US and Western propaganda, which is now exposed by billions of people around the world, specially Muslims.

The last point, would regimes who govern Muslims do same moves to ban US Big Tech and US Big Social Media? The answer is no, since they do not own their own decisions, it is at the hands of those who are at the white-house.
If USA says go right they will go right if US says go left they will go left. Stand up they stand up! Set down they set down!
We are living in dark ages in human history and awareness should raise among people so they know what is going on, who is good and who is bad, who is honest and who is a liar.
