Continuation of the War

 

We must remind ourselves that we do not fight in order to fight and everyone is aware that we are dealing with the jihad as a complete worship worshiping Allah the Almighty in it, and we understand Islam correctly and fully also. But when the enemy pounces on us and trespasses against us or installs upon us an apostate agent who wants to change our deen and violate our sanctity and steal our riches, we will not resist in fighting him, we are not arsonists or request fighting just for fighting, but rather we defend our deen and rights of our Ummah. And following then it is not fair for us to carry any of its guilt for what the enemy does in our lands, but it is a duty upon us to hold responsible those criminals and domineering and ascending on the wounds of the Muslim people who do not have anything nice or privileges but perhaps on account of the thousands of martyrs

 

Connection of al Qa’ida with the Ousted One!

 

We do not concern ourselves with what regards to the ousted one, but we say that the agent who launched this propaganda failed to prove this alleged relationship between al Qa’ida in the ousted person, and I say to you my dear brother: if you prove to the world that Ali Abdallah Salih supports al Qa’ida, were they going to leave without targeting for fighting and assassination? Why do you not remove the head to finish the body? Why do they not stop the engine? Why is he not conducting political negotiations in Kuwait if he was the leader of al Qa’ida? Does the global intelligence apparatus, which monitors around the clock in Yemen, fails to prove a sing thing from this claimed relationship? And this relationship also we said was merely lying propaganda which is not true except , except that it is ignorant and seducing for them.

And we, by the grace of Allah, from the beginning have fought Ali and fought his regime

Today there are those who cast this propaganda standing at the door of Ali Salih and supporting him and denouncing the mujahidin fighting them for him

 

Stopping the Armed Action

 

We announced before that we are prepared to stop the armed action if the government in Sana’a responded to our demands. A delegation of ulama’ came and we met with them and I was one among who met with them. We provided them with our conditions which are summarized in two main conditions:

First: The Yemeni government stop the Western intervention in the country’s affairs which include the country’s independence from any outside intervention by Crusader countries.

Second: The government adhere to applying Islamic Shariah law, not like we depict Islamic Shariah law but how the ulama’a of the country depict Islamic Shariah law, so that they don’t say that we want to impose our outlook or we want to apply our depictions of Islamic Shariah. The ulama’a said to us your conditions and your demands are conditions and demands of every Muslim, and we carried our message to the government in Sana’a but the government in Sana’a does have an original decision and it is a stolen decision and it was not presented and delayed and these conditions were refused

 

Adapt to Reality

 

We, by the grace of Allah, are an organisation which has a long experience and able, with the assistance of Allah, to conform with reality in different forms. The enemy thinks that the most prominent point of points with us after Allah’s assistance was the flexibility and continuing despite the different circumstances. Everyone thought that we were rooted in the ground and we were a large babysitter of the people, and we, by the grace of Allah, are a large part of the people of this country and we do not suffer from any isolation between us and between the society and we are your people and part of the fabric of society in the cities or in the countryside and we are not strangers easy to get rid of us or separate us from our surrounding tribes and people.

 

Arab Coalition

 

Regarding the coalition, it entered the battle obliged after the leaders of the Gulf felt in danger, and this coalition at the time which sees that it is secure in its ruling chairs in the Gulf with international guarantees that it will stop the war and leave Yemen to its fate. Then the coalition countries say that it is not for us to discuss what is happening in Yemen and it is an internal matter between the Yemeni parties and thus the war continues. But within the interior framework, we are certain that the truce if completed, then the war will return again and so we are not keen on this coalition and so forth.

 

Intervention in Political Matters

 

We have constants, which are constants on every Muslim, and we are not able to give up on them. Intervening in the democratic political game in any form of forms for us is a prohibited matter because this democracy is intent on giving the power to legislate to others than Allah, such as the parliament or the popular council or the legal elite, which oversees the writing of the constitution. We say that all rule must be from Allah alone, and we are not able in the circumstance to accept intervening in this polytheistic democratic game. As for the work under the international framework and the laws, then what is this country? Is it an Islamic country or a secular country importing the laws and the constitutional materials from the East and the West? And what is this law? Is it just Islamic rulings or is it trash of the thoughts of manking? The reality is that these existing governments today are non-Islamic governments. It is merely tools of the kuffar West controlling thorugh it on our country and fighting our deen and stealing our riches, and which is treasonous to our deen and to our Ummah and we accept it or leave our jihad along with intervention under this framework.

 

The American Planes

 

When American planes target training camps which are training volunteers to fight the Houthis in different fronts, then this indicates they want to lighten the pressure on the Houthis andwant to stop the war against the Houthis until and if by using military power. This is not new, and American planes were participating in striking the mujahidin during their confrontations with the Houthis and this continued during the past year more than once. And for example, in the Shabwah region, the Americans targeted the Ansar al Shariah mujahidin with intense strikes at the time which the Houthis were heading toward Atiq, and also al Baydha when the mujahidin were going to liberate the city Rada’a, the American planes struck the columns of the mujahidin and killed then Sheikh Nabil al Dhahab and leader “Khawlan” Shawqi al Ba’dani, which was administrating military matters in that battle

 

Lying Truce

 

We call on our Sunni people to stick to their weapons and prepare for stages of fighting against the Houthis and their ally Salih. We say to them, do not be fooled with these political ploys and it is wise to remember the near reality and how the continued truces continue for Saleh’s Houthis around the six previous wars in Sa’dah. And how the Houthis secluded themselves and went away with the tribes of the people of the Sunnah after the sixth war stopped and the Yemeni army was watching the Houthis’ massacre in its argument that it was staying neutral and sticking to a political decision. We say to all our brothers fighting at the fronts in in the case of a truce being completed and political arrangement made, the Houthis and the followers of the ousted one will kill you while the Arab coalition remain “neutral” while implementing international decisions.

 

Entering Abyan

 

We participated basically in liberating a large part of Abyan and offered our large sacrifices, then when the Houthis came out the people began flocking to the mujahidin to request aid and weapons and a solution for the problems and providing security. We had a headquarters in Zinjibaar where we received tribal delegations and we treated through it peoples’ problems and we offered what we are able through basic services and we oversaw plans to renovate and fix and infrastructure. Thus, the situation continues, and we did not commit aggression on anyone or attack anyone until Abd al Latif Sayyid and his gang started their attacks on us in Zinjibar, and it was a good change to arrest him and his gang, which took from the city of Waqqar, its headquarters, especially and was fed up with his crimes and their aggression on the people. He fled with his gang and the people received us very well and entrusted us with administering the matters and we initiated that.

 

Control on Azzan

 

Regarding Azzan in Shabwah, when the mujahidin saw that weapons and supplies were smuggled to the Houthis across the Shabwah coast it did not stop..

They decided to control on the road and cut off the sea help after the coalition defeated that..

 

The Desires of America

 

When Abdur Rabi Mansur sent the military campaigns to Shabwah and Abyan two years ago, some of the wise people advised him and said to him you will move in the South to fight al Qa’ida while the Houthis threat Amran and attack it and said to him the army battle must be in Amran against the Houthis and warned him of the consequences. But he insisted on his stupidity and insisted on tying the fate of the country with the desires of America. Actually he headed to the South with a large number of forces and left Amran to its fate!! Then when Amran fell he sent another large campaign to Hadhramaut and left Sana’a as easy prey for the Houthis. And thus, those idiots and agents insisted on heading to the wrong direction. Then they want from the people to submit to them the leadership and give them as leadership to rule for the fate of the people.

 

After Liberation

 

There was a role for us in fighting the Houthis and destroying them in different areas and it is a natural thing for there to be areas wrapped around us and in it people because they found us a serious and tangible plan in offering services and proving security and solving the people’s issues with Islamic Shariah. In addition to the trust which grew between us and between the people for long years in those areas. And when the people wrapped around us we undertook our duties which it imposed on us the stage, and we ask Allah that we have the power for the responsibility.
