The moulding shop at Sujan Industries is powered by the latest technology moulding machines that are capable of executing untroubled sand mixers for the moulding and core making process. There is also a mechanical reclamation shop and 3 units of extension of time cranes to support the high-end processes at our workshop. The fireplace that we use for melting and casting has vessels with the inholding liquid products of 500 kgs and 1000 kgs capacity.
Also, a few critical methods like leap pouring and tea spout are administered at our stainless steel casting workshop. Utmost accuracy is maintained by fitting a duly regulated pyrometer at the temperature control furnace. The fetting yard also has a hangar type KSBM that controls the shot-blasting procedure and lets the machinery hold a volume of 300 kgs every time.
Our casting workshop at Sujan Industries has all the in-house facilities for the execution of heat treatments, normalizing, annealing, tempering and solution annealing procedures. For this, the heat treatment shop has a gas-fired HT fireplace with a capacity of 3 MT, rapid quench facility with a capacity of 30,000 litres.
All our heating methods are calibrated as per the API 6A standard, whereas the gas-fired salt bath furnace has the capacity of austempering 2.5 MP and tempering 1 MT. we execute turning, milling, drilling and balancing methods for our in-house machining yard. This yard is empowered with the highly powerful CNC machine, Lathe machine, VMC machine, Drill machine etc. with the maximum capacity.
