You'll need:

 

  • ½ c. butter
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 medium fennel bulb
  • 2 large pears
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 1 lb. Loaf, cut into cubes
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/3 c. dried tart cherries
  • ½ c. golden raisins
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

To make this stuffing for your Mr C Residences new construction celebration, start by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the onion and fennel, stirring them until they're golden brown. Then, add your pears and apple and cook for five more minutes.

You'll need:

 

  • 4lb golden potatoes
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 black peppercorns
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

To prepare, place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring them to a boil, and then add 2 teaspoons of salt. Reduce the heat for around 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

 

While the potatoes are boiling, put the rest of your ingredients into a small saucepan and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from the heat.

 

Finally, strain the cream mixture into the pot with your potatoes. Add ¾ teaspoon salt and mash. Finally, before serving to guests in your Mr C Residences pre construction home, sprinkle with nutmeg.

 

Pumpkin Martini

  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ½ ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ½ ounces Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 ½ tbsp pumpkin puree
  • Cinnamon stick

To make this cocktail, combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar and 1 tsp of pumpkin spice in a small dish. Place a small amount of Irish cream into a second dish. Rim your cocktail glasses by dipping the rim into the cream, and then into the graham cracker mixture.

 

Combine the vodka, Irish cream, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for at least 30 seconds, and then pour the mixture into the glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Your Mr C Residences guests will be sure to love it.

 

Hasselback Butternut Squash With Maple Brown Syrup

You'll need:

  • Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 large sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Kosher salt and peppercorn2 medium butternut squash
  • 1 small red chili, thinly sliced

To make, heat your oven to 425F and brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet, and add the chopped sage as soon as the butter turns brown. Remove the mixture from the heat as soon as it's evenly browned, and once cooled, mash the remaining butter into it to make a paste. Add the garlic, maple syrup and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Peel your butternut squash and half them lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds, and then hassleback the squash. To do this, make vertical cuts in the rounded side of the squash around ¼ apart, ensuring you don't cut all the way through. Place sage leaves and chili slices in these cuts.

 

Season the squash with salt and pepper, and brush on the butter mixture. Roast the squash, brushing it every 10 minutes with butter, until tender. This takes around 65 to 75 minutes. Then, you're ready to serve to your Mr C Residences pre construction home guests.
