How do I order?
You can order via WhatsApp on 07498 068687 and payment is by your normal banking including card, ApplePay, GooglePay etc.
Can I choose my flavours?
Every effort is made to ensure you receive your preferences, however in the event your preferred item has sold out by the time we pack your order, we will send an alternative so your package is not delayed.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders before 1pm on weekdays will be despatched the same day, after that they will be sent next working day. Orders after 1pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday (Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday)
Whilst we try to send orders of 50 items or more the same day, it may take up to 3 working days to despatch your parcel to ensure a good selection of flavours.
Do you do bulk orders?
We are bulk specialists, get in touch if your preferred amount is not listed.
Do you sell flower?

How much is postage?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most of our parcels which is £10 or Saturday delivery is £15.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes we do, this is done at your own risk. International postage is £20 and time scales for delivery will depend on the receiving country.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, all orders are tracked and you can request this from 7pm on the day of despatch. Please do not request this any earlier as the information will not be available.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes, this is done as standard.
What about scammers?
We are aware of a growing number of website such as astarmedicalbrand.uk and social media accounts claiming to be A Star. We do not sell our products on telegram or any social media platforms and that website is not affiliated to us in any way. Our official Instagram accounts are the original @astarmedicalofficial and @astarmedicalofficial1 (a blue tick verified account) and are for entertainment only. We DO NOT have any other social media accounts (i.e. Tik Tok, Facebook etc).
Indications you might be being scammed include accounts on other social media platforms - these generally appear to be following more people than they are followed by - receiving friend requests from accounts claiming to be A Star, requesting payment by bank transfer to accounts with foreign sounding names, being asked to download a money transfer app such as Tap Tap, or being told to send extra money for discreet packaging or insurances once you have paid for your original order.
