By making any payment, the customer irrevocably agrees to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions outlined below, and services will only be provided to customers who have fully accepted and agreed to strictly comply with these terms at all times, with no possibility of revoking their consent.

By making any payment for our services, the customer explicitly and irrevocably agrees to the following No Refund Policy, which is a fundamental condition of accessing and using our services. This policy is designed to ensure clarity and finality in all transactions, and customers are required to fully understand and accept these terms before proceeding.
>>> 1.1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances:
>> The customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments made for our services are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason or circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the services, changes in personal circumstances, inability to use the services, technical issues, or any other factors, whether within or beyond the customer’s control. Once payment is made, the customer waives any and all rights to request or receive a refund, whether partial or full, under any conditions.
>>> 1.2. Irrevocable Consent:
>> The customer’s agreement to this No Refund Policy is final and binding, with no possibility of revocation or modification. This means that once the customer has made a payment and accepted these terms, they cannot change their mind or seek to reverse their decision under any circumstances. The customer understands that this commitment is a prerequisite for accessing our services, and no exceptions will be made.
>>> 1.3. Customer Responsibility to Review:
>> It is the customer’s sole responsibility to thoroughly review this No Refund Policy and all associated Terms and Conditions prior to making any payment. The customer acknowledges that they have had ample opportunity to seek clarification or to cancel this order, and that proceeding with payment constitutes full and informed consent to these terms.
>>> 1.4. Disputes with MPGH or Other Bodies:
>> In the event that the customer attempts to dispute a transaction with any third-party markets, including but not limited to the entity referred to as MPGH, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they remain fully bound by this No Refund Policy and all associated Terms and Conditions. By accepting these terms, the customer confirms they have thoroughly understood their obligations and agree to strictly adhere to them, regardless of any complaints or disputes they may raise. Any attempt to change their mind or challenge these terms after acceptance will be considered bad faith behavior and a breach of this agreement, which may result in termination of services and/or further action as permitted by marketplaces.
>>> 1.5. Service Unavailability and Store Credit:
>> In the rare event that a service becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the customer acknowledges that they will not be entitled to a refund. Instead the customer may be offered a store credit equivalent to the value of the unavailable service. This store credit may only be used toward other services offered by us, subject to availability and any additional terms that may apply. The customer agrees that this store credit constitutes the sole remedy for service unavailability and does not entitle them to any cash refund, cancellation, or other compensation.
This No Refund Policy is a critical component of our service agreement, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding. By making a payment, the customer affirms their commitment to strictly adhere to this policy and all Terms and Conditions at all times, without exception, and agrees that no claims for refunds, cancellations, or returns will be entertained under any circumstances, including disputes with MPGH or any other entity. Any attempt to dispute or circumvent these terms will be deemed bad faith conduct. In cases of service unavailability, the customer accepts store credit as the sole remedy, subject to the terms outlined above.
We have contractual obligations to third-party providers, logistical constraints prevent us from processing refunds after 24 hours, and, as we are not a financial institution, we do not retain customer funds, making refunds unfeasible.
>>>> 2. Customer Responsibility for Due Diligence:
>> The customer is solely responsible for conducting thorough due diligence regarding the services they are purchasing, including understanding the nature, scope, and all associated risks. By making a payment, the customer acknowledges that they have fully informed themselves of these risks and accept full responsibility for their decision to proceed, with no recourse against us for any misunderstanding or unforeseen outcomes.
>>>> 3. Delivery Time of Services:
>> The customer acknowledges that the delivery of services is typically completed within 5 to 10 minutes from the time of payment; however, under certain circumstances, delivery may take up to 72 hours. The customer agrees that delays within this timeframe do not entitle them to refunds, cancellations, or any other remedies beyond those outlined in the No Refund Policy.
>>>> 4. Respectful Communication:
>> All communication with our staff or systems must be conducted in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner. The customer agrees to refrain from using abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language or behavior.
>>>> 5. Chargebacks with Payment Provider:
>> The customer acknowledges that initiating a chargeback with their payment provider for any transaction related to our services constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such actions will be considered bad faith behavior, and we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to termination of services, pursuit of your account suspension, and recovery of any associated costs or damages, to the fullest extent permitted by marketplaces.
>>>> 6. Limited Warranty for Upgrades / Private Accounts & Services:
>> The customer acknowledges that certain services designated as Upgrades/Private Accounts are provided with a limited warranty, meaning they are supported only to the extent that external circumstances permit. In the event of service failure due to factors beyond our control, the customer will not be entitled to a refund but will receive a store credit equivalent to the value of the affected service, usable only for other services we offer, subject to availability and additional terms. For further details, refer to the No Refund Policy outlined above, which governs all transactions and explicitly prohibits refunds, cancellations, or returns under any circumstances.
While failures of Upgrade/Private Services are rare, we disclose this possibility for transparency, and the customer must fully understand and accept this limitation; if the customer does not fully comprehend this, they should not accept these Terms and Conditions.
>>>> 7. Out-of-Stock Services and Store Credit:
>> In the event that a service purchased by the customer becomes unavailable or out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund. Instead the customer may be offered a store credit equivalent to the value of the unavailable service, which can only be applied toward other available services we offer, subject to any additional terms and conditions. This policy aligns with our No Refund Policy, which strictly prohibits refunds, cancellations, or returns under any circumstances, ensuring clarity and finality in all transactions.

The customer acknowledges that refunds are strictly limited and subject to the following specific conditions, designed to balance transparency with our operational constraints. Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the application of the No Refund Policy, which prohibits refunds, cancellations, or returns under all other circumstances.

>> Refunds will only be considered if the original payment was made using cryptocurrency. Payments made via other methods are ineligible for refunds due to our obligations to third-party providers and logistical constraints.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment being processed. After this period, refunds are not possible due to logistical reasons, including the settlement of transactions with third-party providers and the finality of our service delivery processes.

>> Customers are not required to provide a reason for their refund request, provided all other conditions of this policy are met. This provision is offered to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our operational framework.

>> Refunds are exclusively available for services categorized as Cracked/Shared Accounts. No other service categories are eligible for refunds, as outlined in the No Refund Policy, due to the specific nature of our agreements with third-party providers.

>> The customer acknowledges that we are not a bank or financial institution and do not retain customer funds. Refunds, when applicable, are processed at our sole discretion and are subject to the constraints of our operational and third-party obligations.
>>>> 8.6. Cryptocurrency Refunds in Fiat Equivalent:
>> In the event that a refund is approved under the Limited Money-Back Policy for Approved Services paid with cryptocurrency, the customer acknowledges that any refund will be processed in the exact fiat currency amount equivalent to the original payment at the time of the transaction, not in the original cryptocurrency amount, due to market volatility and operational constraints.
>>>> 8.7. Alignment with No Refund Policy:
>> In all cases where the above conditions are not met, the No Refund Policy governs, prohibiting refunds, cancellations, or returns. This is due to our commitments to third-party providers, the logistical impossibility of processing refunds after 24 hours, and our inability to hold customer funds, ensuring clarity and finality in all transactions.
>>>> 9. Failure to Comply with Terms and Conditions:
>> The customer acknowledges that any failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized refunds, cancellations, or returns, will result in us pursuing all available actions against the customer. For unauthorized refunds, we will seek to reclaim damages to the fullest extent permitted by Marketplaces and may pursue additional remedies beyond legal measures to protect our rights and interests.
>>>> 10. Our Obligations:
>> We are committed to ensuring that our services remain operational; however, in the event of service unavailability due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will not provide refunds but will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the affected service, usable only for other available services we offer, subject to additional terms and in accordance with the No Refund Policy.
>>>> 11. Requirement to Agree to Terms and Conditions:
>> If the customer does not fully agree to all provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions, they are required to cancel their order immediately. Proceeding with payment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of all terms, and no subsequent objections or attempts to modify this agreement will be permitted.
>>>> 12. Right to Amend Terms and Conditions:
>> We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion, without requiring the customer’s consent or prior notification. By continuing to use our services, the customer agrees to be bound by any such changes, and it is their responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for updates.
By proceeding with payment, the customer irrevocably accepts and agrees to be fully bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions, acknowledging complete understanding and unwavering commitment to strict compliance without any exceptions.
