Response of the Ulama of Shaam to Sheikh Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdese

All praises due to Allah Lord of the Worlds Who said: ” O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves ” [4:135]

And peace & blessings be upon the One sent as a Mercy & Guidance to all Mankind Who said: “Beware of suspicion, for suspicion amounts to the worst form of lying.” (Narrated Bukhari)

Next:

The purified Islamic Sharia has warned us about slandering the Believers with Kufr, & calling them Kuffar, except with strict & precise conditions & rules, that only qualified people of Knowledge extract. In those days unfortunately, we have been afflicted with a wave of Takfeer & treating Muslims “Traitors & Agents”. In a time Muslims in Shaam suffer the worst forms of massacre & killing, from different enemies, it is due to the people of Knowledge to help them, support them & stand with them. Here is the city of Marea, Icon of the Revolution, land of the Mujahed, Shaheed Abdulqader Saleh, may Allah’s mercy be upon him, being attacked in a heinous way by the Khawarij of our Time (Daesh), who are near of besieging it completely, using all what they have of weapons, on their top their “Human Bombs”, and each time people are nearer of taking a Final determinate stance of Daesh, comes out some Theoreticians, to stir up confusion, with non-responsible statements, while claiming to speak “Haqq” (Truth) & to fulfill the duty of Balagh (spreading the truth).

One of the last false statements, is what Sheikh Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdese said, in his Tweets making implied Takfeer & describing as Traitors of large groups of the Mujahideen in Shaam, in the course of him replying to the ones rejecting his contradicting stances about the sharia illegal way of slaughtering of people, which is a Bid’aa introduced by Daesh, & Maqdese accusing those who punished Daesh Members by the same way of having “Daeshi” Behavior, while he is far away of the Jihadi scene of Shaam, & doesn’t know the reality of the situation. Majlis Shura Ahl-Alilm in Shaam has many remarks about Sheikh Maqdese’s tweets, we present this as an advice for him, & as an excuse in front of Allah:

• 1- Let alone your confused stance about Daesh, you shouldn’t have made equal those who made slaughtering of people halal, & made it their Sunna (Daesh), and a reaction of one person who made a mistake, & whose Group doesn’t see the allowance of slaughtering of people, & how are equal the Khariji with the Sunni Mujahid in the path of Allah? And we, as we see Daesh as Khawarij, and we see it allowed to kill them in their offensive or fleeing, and to kill their wounded as well as their Aseer, we disapprove with the act of slaughtering, and we want you to be Balanced in your stance, clear in your expressions, for you not to be an aid for this rogue sect from where you don’t know it.
• 2- You gave a precious service to Daesh, you consolidated their convictions that the ones they are fighting are Murtadeen, and you have weakened the ranks of Ahl-Sunnah by increasing confusion & hesitation in them.
• 3- You have to know, our Brother, hesitation & reluctance in the Blood of the Khawarij is indulgence towards the blood of Ahlu-Sunnah, and we are your Debaters in front of Allah for your forsaking of Ahl-Sunnah, if you didn’t even support them with one word, don’t be against them at least.
• 4- We request from you, hence you are proud of speaking Haqq (Truth), to clarify who are the “Awliya’ of the Tawagheet” (Allies of Tyrants), & the Soldiers of the “Mukhabaraats” (Secret services), or else be silent, silence suffices you if you want peace & safety.
• 5- You have to know, Brother, that the time of Silence is over, we will not be silent about your dangerous allegations, exuding takfeer & takhween (calling people traitors) & backstabbing, it is enough, may Allah guide you, you have to review yourself, & stick firm to the Scholars, & beware of bypassing the Scholars of Shaam, they are more knowledgeable of the Ta’seel & Tanzeel (Ta’seel is the extracting of Rules from Quran & Sunna, Tanzeel is their applying to the reality in different situtations), as our Prophet Muhammad peace & blessings be upon Him said: “ the one reported to isn’t like the one who saw & surveyed “ (Narrated by Ahmad, Saheeh by Albani).
  
  And our last supplication is all praises due to Allah Lord of the worlds, and peace & blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, & upon all of his Relatives & companions.
