🟥🧙 I AM FREE 🫠
After a maximum risk of 5 years' imprisonment for violence against a police officer, today, 5 February 2025, the German state - represented by the public prosecutor - wanted to sentence me to 8 months imprisonment.
But the judge gave me a penalty of 140 days fines and legal costs of the trial. We still have no idea how much really it is right now. But we will know soon !
I'm very happy! I hope the prosecutor won't appeal this decision and get stuck in the mud 🙏!
1 week of waiting and we'll know!
Update 19/02/25 THE PROSECUTOR DIDN'T APPEAL.
She was asking for 8 months jail but got stuck in the mud.🧙

I'll give €1000 to people hospitalized because of the police, if i have enough. I'm going to do this with the local activist groups in Lützerath and publish the testimonies of people who were in hospital. Towards the end of my statement I talked about a radical non-violent strategy, with a rallying sign (the one as picture banner in my profil) to advance through the police. I've been arrested and imprisoned for taking part in protests against the G20 in Hamburg 2017.
I'm sharing my 20-page statement here, as I was given a completely disproportionate 3-year prison sentence.
I spent 1 year and 4 months in prison in Germany during the trial, which lasted 71 court days... yes 71 court days.
I was then able to finish my sentence in France with special arrangements, as I hadn't hurt anyone.
99% of the charges related to acts I didn't carry out, but in which I was accused of complicity, for all the damage caused by the demonstration...
I'm mentioning this here because unfortunately my "criminal record" is going to be cited during this Mönch von Lützerath trial,
and it's important that my opinion and statement on this absurd G20 trial can also be known
and not stigmatized by the mainstream media for legitimate a new repression.
Thank you for your attention, in our fast-paced society, where we no longer take the time to understand things.
