Dear friends,

ΒlackBox studio is an independent collective of musicians, sound engineers, dancers and artists originating from Athens, Greece since 2017.

Our main vision is to maintain an open and public space dedicated to arts, based on DIY logic and aesthetic.

In these years BlackBox has hosted bands and solo artists from more than 15 counties contributing greatly to the DIY art scene of Athens. Concerts, screenings, seminars, lessons and exhibitions were welcomed, and artists were given a small space for their expression.

In June 2021, the building that Blackbox was located was sold and so on we went to find our new home. The new BlackBox Studio stands proudly in an independent building with 4 floors dedicated to each segment of our collective:

Recording / Live Music / Dance / Art.
