That said and done a number of issues remain to this day that are
points of evidence the first and most important are the failings in
court by the Judge and police to administrate legal proceedings

Smiths own admission of accepting money from the police is a
complicated political issue.In a country with a history of political
violence that goes back decades this form of self confessed

Why explain all of hiss...well after so many years in written law if
a Government/police force refuse to reopen a case or accept evidence
