Europeans and the love with Cheese

The word Cheese, makes us remember a lot of things, such as milk, butter, bread, etc. Everyone loves eating cheese, but mostly we don’t eat pure organic cheese like European countries. Countries such as France, Denmark, Iceland, Finland, are mostly taking cheese as their daily food. One of the reasons behind this is, back in the 1900’s Finnish wanted to ensure a proper diet in the country, which was poor at that time and also genetics, this is the two main reasons behind the country’s consumption of cheese and all the dairy products. Not only Finnish, but most of the European countries also love to have cheese.

Heating Milk

It is foremost important to make cheese with quality milk such as goat milk, cow milk, etc.

Take 3.5-4 liters of milk and heat it to medium heat and do not allow it to get harder. Stir it continuously.

Making Whey

Here whey is made while you make cheese. After the milk boils, turn it to low, and add half a spoon of vinegar (Apple cider vinegar or normal vinegar). Now a yellowish-greenish liquid color comes, which is whey.

If you do not see any color change, then add vinegar until you see the color.

Adding vinegar won’t decrease the nutrients in the A2 Milk Chennai.

Draining Curds

Pour the curds through the drainer, once the curd is separated. The cheese gets rubbery when you drain the curd immediately.

Season: Add Salt

Add two tablespoons of salt (Sea salt, kosher, normal salt, rock salt) to the cheese.

Dry the cheese

After the seasoning, wrap the cheese with a cotton cloth. Let it dry for one and a half hours and cover the cheese with a cotton cloth and keep it in the refrigerator.

Your Cheese is made

There are a lot of ways to make cheese, but this one is more easy and natural.

So try it and taste it.

Cow Milk In Chennai and goat milk will give you the luscious cheese.
