Tamil I see that you are having a hard time in getting the shipping label. Am I right?
You On of the members on the forum have been able to produce a UN3481 Hazard label and it has been shipped successfully. I can get a copy of this label. So if you provide me with a new shipping label, I can attach the hazard label myself and the parcel will be compliant and will be able to be shipped.

You Yes, but Tamil, I have provided 2 fixes now. 1- remove the part regarding batteries on the waybill document, I have forwarded DHL emails with them advising as such. 2- I can now create my own compliant label because someone with the same ridiculous issue I have, downloaded and made their own.

You If you send me one, I can finally send my parcel off because I have the fixes, have had one of the fixes for 5 days now which I've advised you of nearly every day. So between my fix and another person fixing their issue, we've managed to do what your "internal" team cannot.
You I genuinely have no patience left regarding this issue Tamil if I'm honest.

You Yes, and I have got 5 days advised on the fix, and Meta just need to edit one line on a document. I can edit the line, DHL have said they will edit outthe line. Yet Meta have not been able to do this in the past 5 days.
Tamil I can create another shipping label, but I’m concerned it will likely encounter the same issue again.
