Mail-In-Entry (“AMOE”):
Participation in Lowe's survey through mail-in entry does not require a purchase or receipt.

For Online Entry: Visit Lowe's survey website at www.Lowes.com/survey and follow the step-by-step guide.
Have Your Receipt Ready: You must have your receipt or visit token ready, as this is an online survey.
Select the Language: Choose from English, Spanish, or French.
Enter Zip or Postal Code: Input your residence's Zip Code or Postal code.
Enter User ID and Password: Use the USER ID and PASSWORD from the bottom of the receipt.
Provide Feedback: Answer questions about your recent experience at the store, including cleanliness, staff behavior, product quality, and check-out time.
Submit Your Responses: Share your opinions honestly by submitting them.
Provide Details: Fill in your name, phone number, email address, and zip code.
Entry Into The Sweepstakes: After submitting your details, you'll be entered into the Lowe's survey sweepstakes contest for a chance to win a $500 gift card. Should you be fortunate enough to win the sweepstakes, you will receive notification from the Lowe's survey sponsors via mail or phone.
