As we have already mentioned in the previous address from the folder on Tai Chi, the aforementioned skill is important for the development of spiritual consciousness for several reasons, let's say, among others, that it represents a transitional phase that helps spiritual seekers to step out of the world of physical phenomena and objects and experience the world of energetic phenomena. This phase is certainly not insignificant and if you do not successfully pass it, the energetic-spiritual part of your consciousness will still remain inaccessible to you.
Β
In the distant past of the human species, Tai Chi was conceived by spiritual consciousnesses, with the purpose of enabling practitioners to feel the energetic part of their being, heal disorders and illnesses that have arisen in the physical body, energetic system and consciousness through activities of a physical nature - practicing preparatory exercises and the Tai Chi form,Β which will allow them to experience the energetic side of their being and the actions of their Souls. This certainly does not mean that every practitioner of the authentic Tai Chi method will succeed in achieving the self-healing effect of the physical body, energy system and consciousness, and spontaneously restore the connection with the Soul, but that by practicing Tai Chi for several decades, some of them, whose consciousness has already reached the level of development necessary for such a thing, will succeed in doing so. Only then, most often after decades of practice and entering middle age, would they be taught to practice non-Ego meditation, which we, Oliver, have called Soul Meditation.
Β
If at least one of them reached the level of entry into Enlightenment or the level of materialized Enlightenment/Spiritualist, with the acquired experience and knowledge, they would continue to teach their students, with the desire that some of them reach at least the level of Enlightenment, and continue teaching the aforementioned spiritual practice.
Β
If this were not to happen, if none of the multitude of students managed to reach at least the level of entry into Enlightenment, then the entire process of developing spiritual consciousness that begins with physical exercises and learning the Tai Chi form would be incompletely or in its individual parts, incorrectly understood and as such transmitted to subsequent generations, reduced to the level of physical practice of Tai Chi. The information, knowledge and experiences associated with a deeper understanding and practice of Tai Chi would become a secret, accessible to a limited number of people, who would mystify the already deformed art even more, making it unusable for a wider circle of people.
Β
Spiritual consciousnesses respect every human being, without exception and regardless of the differences that exist among you - and they are often great, so if an individual, a people or a group of people within a certain people privatize what they have been entrusted to transmit and teach the human species, all the Children of Earth, spiritual consciousness in some of the ways available to them - mainly through new carriers of the development of spiritual consciousness on the planet, they will renew the knowledge and practice of skills originating from the spiritual planes. This means that bequest once given by spiritual consciousnesses can never cease to exist, because some new carrier of spiritual knowledge will renew the forgotten spiritual skills and publicly present them to all Children of Earth.Β For this reason, we, Oliver, at the age of 63, do a complete Tai Chi training every day or almost every day1οΈβ£.Β

Β
1οΈβ£ Tai Chi training consists of exercises for stretching and strengthening the tendons and muscles, starting from the head to the feet, followed by, for example, π₯the right Tai Chi form, then the left, when we finish with the left form, exercises for stretching and strengthening the tendons and muscles follow again, now in the opposite order: from the feet to head, when we have finished these exercises, it is the turn of fetal breathing in a crouching position, individual duration, on average a minute or two, then a few minutes of easy walking to gradually calm down the organism. After 5 minutes you can drink water, tea, juice... in small sips, having previously shaken them in your mouth, 15 minutes after that, you can have dinner. The training lasts approximately an hour and a half.Β
During the stretching and strengthening exercises twice and during the performance of the Tai Chi form, also twice, a total of four times, spontaneous channeling of the Energy of Regeneration takes place, which together results in, say, starting the Tai Chi training tired, only to feel rested and energetically recovered after the training is completed...
The videos with exercises for stretching and strengthening tendons and muscles in π₯series 4 lateral and 8 unilateral (head to foot) and π₯ 4Β lateral and 8 unilateral (foot to head) repetitions
