In the coming weeks, Michel will reveal the official album cover, offering the first visual glimpse into the project. Currently stationed in Japan, Michel is fully immersed in the recording of his new project under the Cold War Relic record label. Following the album's release, the Elaborate Hoax world headlining tour is scheduled to sweep through Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America throughout 2026. This follows an already grueling schedule: Michel completed two separate Japanese tour legs for Elaborate Hoax in January and March of 2026 alone. These efforts build upon a foundation of four previous Japanese tour legs supporting his release Tropical Depression, which spanned from late 2024 through 2025.
