AEW Women’s World Champion Fallon Sinclair enters 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐓𝐇 in the women’s Blood and Guts match. ‘King’ by Lilith Czar hits and out comes the champion, not even bothering to do any of the usual posing. She immediately makes a beeline for the ring, grabbing a pool cue from the ringside table before climbing the stairs. While the referee holds the door open, she enters and begins cleaning house immediately. First swing is eaten by Megan Bayne, saving Jamie Hayter from a devastating maneuver. Julia Hart with Skye Blue both moved to double team Sinclair, but she ducked the initial attack—coming back to first swing on Hart. Second blow was to the back of Blue, who was nailed with a second shot immediately after the first—the second blow cracking the wooden cue on her back. Thekla entered the ring where Fallon was, attempting to get revenge for her teammates. However, the champion saw that coming and hoisted her onto her shoulders before walking towards the far side of the ring. Once at the ropes, Sinclair launched Thekla into the steel of the cage. Bayne managed to get back to her feet at this time, waiting for Fallon to turn around. However, again the champion was ready for the attack and ducked Megan’s initial swing. This opened her up for Sinclair to hook her arms and execute a snap dragon onto the golden steel chair that had been lying on the mat. Pushing herself to her feet, Fallon Sinclair finally removed the AEW Women’s World Championship from her waist and hoisted it high into the air. Greensboro came alive at the sight.

Small brawls were breaking out between both of the rings, seconds ticked by into minutes and soon enough it was time for Mercedes Monè to enter the fray. Sinclair, who had been laying the shots in on Julia Hart suddenly redirected her attention to the incoming CEO. “C’mon bitch! We don’t have all goddamn day!” Sinclair yelled, looking at Monè still taking the time to pose and prance about for her entrance. Hart had begun to recuperate and so briefly Fallon turned her attention back to her—laying in several kicks while attempting to keep an eye on Mercedes. She’d gone and grabbed her TBS Championship, from the table next to the first ring before entering the Blood and Guts match officially. Once inside the cage, Monè swung the title but Sinclair was able to duck at the last second—the momentum causing Mercedes to drop the title. She immediately turned back around and both champions ran at each other, engaging in a hockey fight. Fists were flying, connecting with the other’s face and head in succession. It seemed like Fallon had gained the upper hand, nailing blow after blow against the skull of Monè—but the multi-champion had other ideas. Shoving Sinclair back, she herself hit the ropes before nailing a beautiful tornado DDT to Sinclair directly on the AEW Women’s World Championship. Fallon held her head and groaned while Mercedes lifted up the AEW Women’s World Championship—attempting to signal what would happen at Full Gear.

Mercedes Monè would exit the ring, grabbing several of her championship belts and tossing them into the ring one by one. Once she’d been satisfied, she was about to enter the ring.. something caught her eye. She made her way back down the steps and quickly grabbed and concealed some sort of weapon before headed back into the ring. Again, several brawls had broken out between the competitors—Mercedes handing one of her belts to each of her teammates. Immediately they began getting swung, gold connecting with bones and flesh. Fallon Sinclair was pulling herself up to her feet using the ropes. When the camera zoomed in, it caught the blood trickling down her face. Monè’s laugh was immediately heard as she too caught the sight. Julia and Thekla both jumped, each grabbing and an arm and subduing the Women’s World Champion. Now that she was in the clear, Mercedes reached into her boot and pulled out what she’d concealed just moments before—𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫. Sinclair’s face snarled, the weapon being symbolic in all of the worst ways for her. It was clearly an emotional game as well as a physical threat from Monè. Fallon struggled against the hold of Hart and Thekla but it was no use, their grips were firm. “You don’t mess with Monè bitch!” Mercedes yelled before lunging forward, stabbing the screwdriver into Sinclair’s head over and over again. This clearly exacerbated the existing wound, causing even more blood to flow. Julia and Thekla laughed before letting the champion fall to the mat below.

Marina Shafir was the next entrant, she’d immediately begun looking for weaponry—she was accustomed to causing chaos and injury wherever she went. Having exited the ring and being no stranger to Shafir or the Death Riders, Fallon Sinclair ran towards her. Another hockey fight broke out, Marina and Fallon throwing hands repeatedly, blood flowing from Sinclair’s skull as it happened. ‘The Problem’ gained the upper hand when she executed a knee-lift, burying her knee into the gut of the Women’s World Champion. Using the fact she’d winded Fallon to her advantage, Marina grabbed the side of her head and sent her flying into the barricade with a loud thud. Using this downtime, Shafir went back to her original goal—locating a weapon to use to her advantage. It only took a matter of seconds before she pulled out a bed of nails directly next to the commentary table. As she was positioning it, Sinclair had managed to get back to her feet, moving back over and using her nails to rake the eyes of Shafir from behind. Again this led to fists flying, but in more of an exchange this time. It was the Duchess who got the upper hand this time, spinning ‘The Problem’ around and attempting a scoop slam to send her onto the nail bed. Marina was quick though, slipping out of the hold of Fallon. Once she steadied herself onto her feet, she landed a quick and sharp kick to the shoulder area of Sinclair and sent her falling face-first into the bed of nails. Greensboro exploded with chants and awe but Marina Shafir wasn’t done just yet. Suddenly she began to stomp on the back of Sinclair’s head, driving it over and over into the points of the nails before gripping the barricade—driving her foot into the back of the head and driving Fallon’s face into the sharp points of those nails consistently.

Skye and Julia had begun to double team Mana, each taking turns with chairs to lay shots directly across the back of Akutsu. Fallon would slowly roll back into the ring, wiping blood from her eyes as she pulled herself up to her feet again. As Skye swung the chair back, Sinclair managed to grab it from her hands. Quick reflexes meant she threw the chair at the face of Julia, who in turn dropped the one that she’d been holding. Mana would then pull herself back to her feet, giving Fallon a glance of thanks before the champion cupped her hands. Akutsu launched herself off of the champion’s hands and landed a jumping hurricanrana on Skye. Sinclair would then use Mana’s back as a stepping stool, launching herself at Julia Hart and taking her down with a crossbody. All four women were taking time to lick their wounds, both Akutsu and Sinclair up to their feet first. Each of them approached one of their down opponents—grabbing them by their hair and pulling them upward, leaving them to stagger on their feet. Fallon and Mana both yelled out, hyping up the Greensboro faithful before both women executed perfect spinning back fists. Both Hart and Blue were sent down to the mat with an echoed thud.

Kylie and Mercedes had been battling on the outside of the ring for a time, Monè having the upper hand. She’d Irish whipped Kingston into the cage and was now dragging the woman’s face along the steel. Fallon Sinclair eyed this and moved to exit the ring, immediately running over to assist. Sinclair grabbed Mercedes by the hair and pulled her off of Kylie, landing a series of forearm shots to the multi-champion’s face. This allowed Kingston enough time to recuperate, coming back with a fire in her eyes. There was now blood dripping down her face as she came forward, Kylie and Fallon hooked Monè up and immediately delivered a two-on-one snap suplex to the arena floor. Both Kingston and Sinclair got back up to their feet and began looking around for weapons to utilize. Fallon noticed the table with the remainder of Mercedes’ titles lying on it, getting Kylie’s attention. Monè had begun to stir, crawling towards the nearest barricade and using it to pull herself up. She staggered back towards the first ring, but was met with Kylie Kingston’s stiff forearm blow. It spun the multi-champion back around to which she immediately ate a Superkick from Fallon Sinclair. Wobbly on her feet, she slowly turned back towards Kingston—who picked her up and walked to the table before power bombing Mercedes Monè atop her titles on said table. However it didn’t immediately break all the way, so, Sinclair again wiped the blood from her eyes and began to scale the cage. Once she was high enough, she leapt off and nailed Monè in the chest with an elbow to finish putting her through the table—Mercedes’ gold beneath her broken body.

Inside the cage and in the second ring, the Triangle of Madness was surrounding a beaten down Mana Akutsu. Each of them landing several stomps to the back and head of the woman on the mat. Their laughs were filling the arena as bodies lay strewn across both rings. Carnage everywhere. Thekla began shouting at the Sisters of Sin, Julia Hart and Skye Blue—trying to set up their next move. However, none of them saw both Fallon Sinclair and Kylie Kingston coming. Bloodied and battered but not broken yet, the duo entered the second ring and immediately began throwing hands—though there wasn’t just fists connecting with flesh. Both Sinclair and Kingston had wrapped their fists in barbed wire, all of the sharp and jagged points colliding with the skin of Skye Blue and Thekla. Julia had been laying in shots on Mana, but the reprieve from the three-on-one assault had allowed Akutsu to regain some of her bearings. Blocking a right hand, Mana was able to come back with shots of her own. Now there were three separate fights happening, fists flying and blood trickling from various wounds. Thekla and Skye Blue fell to the mat, rolling towards the outer edge and thus leaving Hart in a one-on-three scenario herself. Greensboro roared as the advantage was noticed, Kingston, Sinclair and Akutsu all circling around the downed woman. Quickness came into play, as all three women began stomping on any limb of Julia’s they could reach. Over and over, just like the Triangle of Madness had been doing to Mana. Feet were colliding with flesh and bone, until all three women backed off and each looked to the crowd—the roar of the people being felt by the competitors inside the ring. Julia Hart slowly began to pull herself back to her feet, with the assistance of the ropes. Fallon, Mana and Kylie all shared a look and a subtle nod. When Hart had finally gotten back to her feet, she was first met with a combination of Akutsu’s spinning back fist and Sinclair’s superkick. Both moves made her wobbly legs worsen, but out of nowhere Kingston rushed in to nail Julia with the Pounce! Hart’s body flying to the other side of the ring.

Bodies were 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞. Blood, glass, thumbtacks and many other weapons lay amongst the carnage of bodies. Skye Blue had just been put through a table by Jamie Hayter, but her teammates were quick to capitalize on Hayter’s distraction—both Hart and Thekla climbed the ropes and hooked Jamie up, executing a vicious superplex down to the mat. Tacks covering various pieces of the canvas along with a mixture of blood. They both stood, yelling in celebration but that moment was cut short when Kylie Kingston came through and knocked them both down with a wicked double clothesline. She moved to the corner, yelling and setting up another maneuver but now it was Kingston’s turn to have her momentum cut off—a spear from Megan Bayne knocking her down to the mat below. Bayne pushed herself to her feet and was yelling to the crowd but she hadn’t seen Mana Akutsu enter the ring. Akutsu nailed Megan with a spinning thrust kick before utilizing the second rope to pull off a springboard tornado DDT—effectively taking out Megan Bayne. Unfortunately for Mana, waiting in the wings with Monè’s TBS Championship belt in hand, Marina Shafir ran up just as Akutsu turned around and smashed the title against the her skull. Just as quickly as Shafir had come into the picture, ‘Timeless’ Toni Storm was there—hooking her arms around the waist of Marina and delivering a version of a snap German Suplex. Shafir slamming against the mat and rolling away to relative safety. Keeping with the theme of quick entries, Mercedes Monè came at Storm, grabbing her face and planting a kiss on the former champion! Immediately after this Monè lifted Toni up and nailed a Monè Maker to remove Toni Storm from the equation. Now it was Fallon Sinclair’s turn to enter coming in hot, nailing Mercedes directly in the face with a superkick but she wasn’t done there. Hoisting Monè up onto her shoulders, she put her in position before executing Fallon’s Fatality (dudebuster) and dropping the TBS champion on her head. As Sinclair got back to her feet, Bayne had regained her bearings and nailed the Women’s World Champion with a massive big boot. Everyone in Greensboro was on their feet for the display of athleticism and pure violence on display before their eyes.

‘Timeless’ Toni Storm had her trusty shoe in hand, digging the heel of it into the heads of any opponent who foolishly stepped in her path. Marina Shafir was the final victim of the shoe, dealing with the prolonged attack via the heel. Just in the background Fallon Sinclair was singing the baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire that Mana had introduced—nailing Thekla in the back with it. Storm had enough with the shoe, tossing it before moving to grab the ice bucket—looking around briefly before dumping its contents onto the mat. So now, in a pile, was a small mountain of broken glass that had come from Monè’s champagne bottle. Toni called out to Fallon, who came over to where Shafir was slumped in the corner. Both women pulled her forward by the hair, lifting her up before executing a spike DDT—dropping Marina head first into the pile of glass. Again the AEW faithful in Greensboro came alive with cheers and applause for the violence these women were inflicting upon one another. Storm then went to the side of the ring, pulling up something large. Once it was fully lifted, she revealed it to be a mirror—showing both herself and then Sinclair, who shuddered in an almost playful fashion at the amount of blood upon her face. Toni would take the mirror to the corner where Marina had been slumped yet again, laying it against her with the glass touching her skin. Using her typical theatrical flare, Storm would move to the opposite corner and extend her arms—signalling for her signature hip attack. However, Julia Hart and Skye Blue grabbed both of her ankles and held her in place. Fallon, wanting to take advantage of the situation turned to run at Shafir herself, but Marina was ready. ‘The Problem’ tossed the mirror into the face of Sinclair—glass shattering in the champion’s face while she shrieked. “Not so pretty now, huh bitch?!” Marina yelled over Fallon who was writhing in pain, all while wearing a smirk.

𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐭𝐬 had absolutely lived up to the hype—bodies, weapons, broken glass, tacks, wood shards from broken tables and pool cues and kendo sticks. It all lay strewn about the ring and surrounding it, alongside the bodies of several women who were exhausted and bloodied. Due to the actions of Julia Hart, some of the participants of this match had been locked outside of the cage. It left a smaller number to be in the ring and be able to actually end the matchup. Inside the ring currently were Kylie Kingston, Mana Akutsu, Fallon Sinclair, Megan Bayne, Skye Blue and Julia Hart. All of them pulling themselves back up from the devastating violence they’d been enduring this entire match. Slowly they all got back to their feet, standing face to face with their opponents. Each woman looked to the others as the anticipation was building, then suddenly all of them exploded into three individual hockey fights. Kingston and Blue, Hart and Akutsu, Bayne and Sinclair. There was a flurry of fists flying at surprising speeds given the duration of the match. Kylie had gotten the upper hand over Skye, nailing her with a brutal lariat and taking her down to the mat below. Mana had also gotten the advantage in her fight with Julia, managing to execute a slingblade to take Hart down. Fallon and Megan continued to throw hands before the AEW Women’s World Champion shoved Bayne back to create space—immediately connecting with a thunderous superkick to the face of the Megasus and sending her crashing to the mat below. There was suddenly a lightbulb moment that went off in the brain of Sinclair. She looked to both Akutsu and Kingston before yelling. “Hold them back!” Both women scrambled to Hart and Blue respectively, restraining them from doing anything for the foreseeable future. Sinclair shoved her bloodied hair from her face, which was covered in both dried blood and fresh blood alike. Eyes scanned the littered canvas until she found what she was looking for—the loose barbed wire she’d had wrapped around her fist earlier on. Picking it up, she again began to wrap it around herself. This time however she wrapped it around her wrist and up her entire arm. Once it was secured into place, Fallon dropped to the mat and grabbed Megan Bayne. Immediately she locked in the California Dreamin’ (anaconda vice) which drove the barbed wire into the side of Bayne’s face as well as the back of her head. Sinclair wrenched the move, applying all the pressure she could muster—blood again trickling from her own open wound before Megan tapped out.

‘King’ by Lilith Czar began to once again blast throughout the arena—signalling the end of the match. There was sheer carnage and signs of the violence inflicted at every turn, however due to each other’s help—Fallon Sinclair, Kylie Kingston and Mana Akutsu were able to stand tall and have their hands raised.
