Background Story
Part I: Halynn Lyndon
Halynn Lyndon was the royal maid, serving the Queen of Illea Kingdom As a maid who was constantly exposed to the kingdom's fancy lifestyle, she's blinded by gold and glory. She would flirt and shamelessly tease those people who have power in their hand to gain the glory for herself.
She's obsessed with the higher caste, as she came from the lowest of all. The poor woman had a dream to bear the child of her King. Until one day ... she managed to become the mistress of Damian Helmuth, who was once the King's quisling.
Damian Helmuth constantly told her that he'd become a king, one day. He said he'd start the coup d'état to takeover the throne. As blind as she was, Halynn Lyndon fell to his sweet words. She closed her eyes in her sleep that night, believing that his son would be the prince of Illea.
Part II: Kenneth Helmuth
In a cold evening of December 25, 1990, the innocent boy was born. His name was Kenneth Helmuth. Halynn cried in happy tears, greeting the son that she believed would become the prince of Illea. But the tragedy happened. Damian Helmuth was sentenced to death upon the acts of treason. Thus, ripping the dream that she hold so dearly apart. She became furious, and intentionally harmed Queen Griselda Beaufort. Halynn was the reason behind the queen's miscarriage of her first child. Halynn also encouraging the queen to self-harm and unfortunately, the king found it out.
Later, she was fired and ostracized from the Kingdom. She lived in the darkest alley and renamed her son upon the death of Helmuth.
Part III: From this very moment, his name is Kenneth Lyndon.
His mother's unhealthy obsession over the throne drove her mad. She told Kenneth the biggest lie that she believed; that Kenneth is the son of the King. He deserved to become the prince more than anyone else. More than the son of Queen Griselda. After years he was being told the stories coming from the pale lips of his mother, Kenneth believed that he should takeover the kingdom and bring down the current monarch.
The kids around the alley laughed over the stories whenever Kenneth told them about his origin. No one believed in him, and everyone told him that it was just a fairy tale that every mother told to her son. Deep down he questioned the truth, but the trust he had to his mother made him wanted the stories to be true.
Each day passed, he learned how to gain people's trust. He failed to gain their trust when he spoke to them in person. He failed to gain their trust as he made an announcement and screamed his lungs out although he had the microphone in his hand. But later he learned how news and rumors were easily trusted in the form of text.
Thus, led him to become a journalist. Using QENT as his penname.
PART IV: QENT
He made a strong networking through his job as a journalist. As he was the one who published conspiracies and propaganda, he often got anonymous tips related to those people who wished to bring down the monarch, including the ones who are actually a part of the kingdom itself.
Soon enough, as his underground networking grew wider, he managed to become the bridge between the gun dealers who wished to become the supplier of the weaponry, and people, including civilians, who supported the idea of the coup d'état.
