To encourage Congress

to get back to work...

 

 

Freeze ARPA Account Access

Specifically:

 

$350 Billion

State & Local Funds.

Handle carve-outs

Carefully, to preserve

human services, while

punishing the megalopoluses.

 

Eat their SLUSH FUNDS.

 

If ARPA funding is already blocked

by the shutdown, then apply a fee

to the cities to fund SNAP LOCALLY.

 

Divert unused ARPA funds to

Air Traffic Control,

Military,

and TSA.

 

 

Restore standard funding

when Congress is in Session,

or during traditional 

Recess periods.
