Of course, this process is not frequent, easy or even fast, but from time to time you may come across a person whose consciousness has undergone a strong and dramatic change. Changes in themselves are desirable, we are talking from the point of view of spiritual development, but if they are not spontaneous, pleasant and gradual, they can be perceived more as a kind of stress, than progression. This is why spirituality and all that it brings with it is never abrupt and aggressive, but rather like a sunset or sunrise, which gives your eyes time to adjust to the change in light intensity.
But sooner or later you will plunge into a period of life that can be quite turbulent for you, simultaneously causing changes in consciousness. The greater the volume of turbulence, the stronger the effect, and the change will be on a large scale, therefore, therefore, in this way, the discomfort that you will feel at the same time will receive its strong expression. After some time, when the release of turbulent energies decreases or completely stops, you may feel a little disoriented and somewhat indecisive. Such a state can become an obstacle to further development of consciousness, and in order to overcome it, it is best to turn to us, the Spiritual Energies of the Universes, with a request.

The connection between you, Children of the Earth, is so deep and strong, that we can freely speak of the human race as an organism in which each cell and even atom has and develops its own consciousness. The greatness and strength of the human race lies precisely in this interconnection and the desire to help each other in the development of consciousness. The fact that there is so much egoism and hatred in modern societies does not refute this our thought, but only illustrates how low the consciousness of humanity is today.
So, reach out and touch the lives of those who would like to move further and further, so that you all synchronize and evolve together, reaching Enlightenment.
