At that time, this level was not very high, although you, Oliver, were Spiritualized at the age of nine, due to the fact that the conditions of your life were very unfavorable 1️⃣. If your growing up had been significantly different, you would not even need our help, but you yourself would have been able to renew connection with your Soul and develop a procedure for practicing Soul Meditation.
You were confused by our previous channeling, in which we stated that it is impossible to achieve Enlightenment unless one has developed a high level of thinking parr of consciousness, but it is possible to develop the consciousness of the level at which a person is now, by practicing Soul meditation.
To some extent, this is a kind of doubt, because there is no way to specify the level of development of the thinking part of consciousness necessary to renew connection with the Soul and thus begin the practice of Soul Meditation, from the achieved level of development of the thinking part of consciousness necessary to enter into Enlightenment. You, Oliver, have made this journey very quickly, unlike others. When we say "unlike others", it means that although they were not Spiritualized, in terms of development they were at the same level of development of the thinking part of consciousness that you were at, because their living conditions were very positive in terms of development.
But this is the initial level that allows you to renew the connection with your Souls, and as your spiritual consciousness develops, no one can know this in advance. This also means that the level necessary to renew the connection with your own Soul is the level of medium-high development of the thinking part of consciousness, which in itself is not a highly developed thinking level of consciousness. That highly developed thinking level of consciousness, you, Oliver, very quickly, so to speak, "conquered", which many did not manage to do. What are the reasons for their "jamming" at the initial level of Soul Meditation, it is very difficult to answer, because these are the lives of other people, whose privacy we do not encroach on. In any case, there may be more reasons: from the dysfunctionality of the established connection with the Soul, the inability to separate from accepted habits, social status, lifestyle, changes in family and personal relationships, life without comfort, without a stable flow of money ... and much, much more, which is individual for each person.
You, Oliver, "run through" all of the above, so to speak, without holding back, while others have not been able to do so. For this reason, it is impossible to give an exact level of development of the thinking part of consciousness necessary to achieve Enlightenment, relative to the level of development of the thinking part of consciousness that allows you to begin to practice Soul Meditation, but not enter Enlightenment, unless, that is, you manage to develop the higher aspects of your thinking part of consciousness, as Oliver did.
