The Rooting of Consciousness

images18.jpg

We have noticed that in society the knowledge about the structure of human consciousness is rather poor and in some cases non-existent, which is not commendable. From this assessment we must exclude people for whom knowledge of the structure of consciousness is the basis for practicing a profession, as well as a group of enthusiasts interested in spiritual development. In the first part of this topic we provided basic information about the Ego, the Actor, the Fairy and the Inner Child, then about the Soul and the Developing Consciousness of the Soul, while in this case we will pay more attention to the depiction of the vertical structure of human consciousness.

We can observe four groups of impulses in each person: sensory sensations, emotions, thoughts and spiritual impulses. All of them are interconnected, mutually stimulate and develop to varying degrees due to their content and activities, which make up human consciousness. The range of vibrations of consciousness can be measured with the help of devices, and the frequency of vibrations is expressed in hertz, and after measurements, scientists have established five groups of vibrations of consciousness: Delta (0-4 Hz), Theta (4-7 Hz), Alpha (7-13 Hz), Beta (13-30 Hz) and Gamma (30-100 Hz). These five groups cover all the states of consciousness that can occur in a person, so, let's say, during Delta we are in a state of deep sleep, in Theta there is light sleep, during Alpha the body relaxes with preserved consciousness, in Beta we are fully aware and active, while in Gamma we are focused on the activity we are doing.

If after getting acquainted with the vibrational structure of consciousness we move on to its hierarchical-vertical image, it will start with physical sensations, continue with emotions, then thoughts, and finally reach the level of spiritual impulses. Each of these four groups of impulses is important and plays a corresponding role in the life of people, so understanding their basic functions is more than desirable. The inability to control these impulses with a traditional misunderstanding of the same, is the cause of many problems not only in personal, but also in terms of family/social relationships. This is why spiritual development is important, because during meditation, psychological ideas, spiritual knowledge and healing occur that help a person overcome emerging disorders of consciousness, increase his sensitivity to energy and expand the general reality that he perceives.

The Nature of Consciousness
The current scientific thought about the existence of consciousness considers that consciousness arises as a consequence of the activity of brain cells, while we offer you the opposite conclusion: that the origin of consciousness is spiritual-energetic. In other words, consciousness is organized and manifests through a certain energetic form (Developing Consciousness of the Soul, aura and its contents, the system of chakras and energy flows...) with a clearly defined purpose, each part of it represents the reason and form for which and in which it arises, the physical body and even the brain grows and develops. If we develop this idea further, we will come to the conclusion that the existence of consciousness does not depend on the physical body and that with its disintegration it continues to live in its original energetic form.

The descent of the Developing Consciousness of the Soul into the physical body is called "incarnation" (in="in", "caro"=flesh), and adding the prefix for repeating the action "re"=return, we get the word "reincarnation": return to the flesh.

The connection of consciousness with the physical body is necessary, because something like the root of a tree, holds us on the physical plane, the main characteristic of which is the materialization of everything that exists on it, and, among other things, the materialization of the states of consciousness achieved. Without this, we would be consciousness containing all the possibilities and qualities that the Universe possesses, but in an inactive state. In order to activate and materialize them, we must descend to the Physical plane over a greater number of lives.

The period we spend between the descent and return to the spiritual level we call "life".

Emotional Rooting of Consciousness
So, we are sure that you will agree that of the four sets of impulses mentioned at the beginning of this text, the emotional impulses and reactions are the most problematic and therefore represent the greatest obstacle to spiritual development. People and societies which consciousness are emotionally rooted in a sense of reached development, or that emotional rootedness is caused by religious teaching, trauma, negative emotions, etc., use emotions as their primary form of response to the life situations they encounter and as a form of communication with the other people. Although we may not be exceptional, life experience tells us that at the level of consciousness at which the human species currently finds itself, most emotional reactions are inherently negative and often destructive not only to others, but to ourselves as well. Another problem is that insincerity, deception and lying have their roots on an emotional level (due to the Plexus chakra sinking its energetic tentacle into the Throat and/or Forehead chakras to cause the desired manipulative behavior through their stimulation), so combined with an abundance of negative emotions, they are the cause of many of humanity's problems.

As children, we were taught to take care of our personal hygiene, noting that it is very important to maintain our health, but when we talk about emotions, we are not given any explanation or advice on how to deal with them when they take their negative and traumatic form. As a result of this ignorance, suppression and abuse of those weaker than us have emerged as the two main ways, in which they spontaneously manifest themselves.

By suppressing negative emotions, we localize their impact on ourselves, which after a certain time most often causes the onset of illness.

With aggression directed at the weaker, we get rid of negative emotions, thereby protecting our own health, but damaging the health of others. The matter becomes more serious when this manifestation of aggression becomes massive and is directed at a person, a certain social group or nation, and, given that they function at the level of emotional impulses and reactions, it is enough for someone to shout: "Kill the rabbit"! and run, so that the crowd will chase with him, wanting to tear rabbit to pieces. If we define the term "emotional" as "lack of rationality", it will become clear to us why none of them ask themselves the question: " Why should I kill an innocent rabbit "?!

The next negative thing that comes from emotional rooting is power, which has its roots on a lower emotional level, where the desire for Power, in the nature of things, never disappears, but flourishes and intensifies with the intention of encompassing and subduing all with whom it comes into contact.

If you thought that this was the end of the list of negative emotional roots, you are wrong, because there is also a lack of being in the present, which manifests itself in constant oscillations between (mostly traumatic) events of the past and those that will happen in the future (hopes and fears). Both processes destabilize and weaken the person, never touching his existence, which is happening now and here.

The large number of fears that arise from emotional rootedness due to the unlimited possibilities to manipulate the masses by intimidating them in various ways, is a serious obstacle to the development of consciousness of the human species.

Hatred, which in most cases is the main fuel of the Power, is capable of completely overpowering a person and making him commit unthinkable crimes. We should also not neglect its purely energetic effect and make sure that we do not exaggerate, if we say that it represents the most primitive form of black magic.

A particularly strong negative effect is created by religions which, by intensifying the emotions of faith, through illogical religious teaching, along with the implied intimidation, hatred and aggression, cancel and displace logical and rational thinking in believers, thereby capturing them at a lower emotional level. The problem is aggravated by the fact that when the religious-emotional and the mental are in conflict within a person, usually the emotions are the ones that will bring victory, and regardless of the degree of education and intelligence, they capture the person at a lower emotional level. We must look for the reason for this in the fact that the energies of the Physical and Emotional planes have a magnetocentripetal effect, which makes them stronger than the energies of the Mental and Spiritual planes, which are dynamic-centrifugal. This is why it is difficult to raise consciousness from the physical and emotional level.

Since these processes have their common source at a lower emotional level (chakra plexus/lower emotional plane), they most often work together, thereby amplifying the consequences of their destructive action through pyramidal progression.

Mental Rooting of Consciousness
By overcoming religiosity and healing negative emotions and traumas, the person's consciousness spontaneously rises and takes root at the mental level expanding the scope of her interests, the person becomes more calm, tolerant, positive and moral, interested in education, improvement and creativity in one of the areas of life. Her impulses and reactions to the life situations to which she is exposed, as well as her main form of communication with the environment, are now mental-intellectual in nature, while the emotions she displays are soft and positive emotions of a higher emotional level (Heart chakra / higher emotional plane). Since the mental level is the foyer of the spiritual (Parietal chakra / Spiritual plane), creativity and impulses of spirituality become more frequent and strong, which helps her develop her own talents and renew connection with the Soul. The connection with the Soul ensures a stable flow of energies of Love from the spiritual level, which permeate and guide all its future actions.

As our formation and arrival on this planet is not accidental, and our interest in spirituality is not accidental. Up until now, we have been born and died many times, spent most of our lives searching, suffered suffering and pain, sinned and corrected mistakes, asked questions and stopped along the way to be guided by the impulses of the Soul to reach the level of spiritual consciousness. This is our home, the vibrations of the awareness of Love and Kindness to all that exists.
