Enlightenment is the ultimate goal of existence for the human species, that is why you are on the physical plane of planet Earth. Enlightenment is the goal of everyone's existence, not just yours, but other forms of existence have another way of achieving Enlightenment. For you, it is spiritual development.
The concept of spiritual development is quite broad, which is inevitable, because it is impossible to place all methods and approaches of spirituality in one register. But spiritual development, although broad, is at the same time a concept that reveals the ultimate goal of your interests and aspirations: the return to a spiritual state of consciousness.
Therefore, when sooner or later you reach your Enlightenment, your spiritual state of consciousness will become your guide to the higher planes of consciousness, and no matter how difficult it may be sometimes, we must say that you have always been very advanced in spiritual development, even if you are at a rather low level of spiritual consciousness.
"Paradox"? - you'll tell.
Perhaps, but at the same time it is a confirmation of the principle of Free Will that no matter how low your level of consciousness is, it is up to you whether you will move upward from this state of consciousness.
There let it be a little help on your path that will lead you in the right direction, to Enlightenment.
Everything that happens to you before and after this is not the same, just as the experiences that someone else told you about are not the same, as those that you experienced directly. This is the essence of spiritual development: Direct Experience, because only through it can one achieve Enlightenment. Everything else is just a retelling of events that someone else experienced or invented.
So dive into yourself, and the deeper you dive, the more your level of consciousness rises to the skies. The Universe is like a mother, it gives us life, nourishes and protects us, and when it sees that we have grown to independent life, it hugs and kisses us tightly in a motherly way, and wishes us a happy journey to our destiny.
