NYCC Debuts Thrilling New Footage of Venom: The Last Dance Featuring Venom Horse, Venom Frog, and Alien Creatures

At this year’s New York Comic Con (NYCC), fans of the Venom franchise were treated to an exciting new look at Venom: The Last Dance, the final installment of the trilogy. Tom Hardy, who stars as Eddie Brock/Venom and also co-wrote the film, was joined by writer/director Kelly Marcel and co-stars Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor to tease the movie’s highly anticipated release, set for October 24th.

During the panel, Hardy and Marcel, along with Temple and Ejiofor, who portray characters hunting Eddie and Venom, gave fans insight into the thrilling and complex conclusion to the trilogy. The conversation delved into the different motivations of the human characters pursuing the Symbiote, adding layers to the final showdown.

Fans were then shown an action-packed sequence from the film, which featured the debut of Venom Horse—a creature that quickly captured the audience’s imagination. In a humorous and chaotic moment, Venom interacts with the horse in baby talk before transforming it, saying the now iconic line, “Surprise, Horsey!” The scene escalates into a thrilling chase across Western-style mesas, with the horse making dramatic leaps from cliffs, fueling excitement for a potential Venom Horse spinoff.

The action continued as Eddie and Venom found themselves at the mercy of Ejiofor’s soldiers, who ambush them by a racing river. The attack leads to Eddie and Venom being separated, with Venom attempting to reunite with Eddie by hopping onto a fish, and then briefly, a frog. The sequence, though brief, left a strong impression, with the image of a frog bearing sharp teeth being both hilarious and unsettling.

As the battle raged on, a massive alien creature—resembling a cross between a spider and scorpion with multiple tails—entered the fray. These creatures, which fans speculate may be the film's version of the Xenophages, known for hunting Symbiotes, proved too powerful for the soldiers, quickly dispatching them in gruesome fashion. The creature’s method of devouring its victims was particularly shocking, as the soldiers' blood seemed to burst from the back of its head in a way reminiscent of an orange press.

Despite the chaos, Eddie and Venom manage to escape the carnage, much to the audience's relief. As the footage concluded, fans cheered, clearly excited by the wild, humorous, and high-stakes action that Venom: The Last Dance promises to deliver.

This latest glimpse at the trilogy's finale suggests that Kelly Marcel, Tom Hardy, and the cast have crafted a suitably intense and quirky conclusion, blending humor, horror, and over-the-top action for an unforgettable final chapter.
