Are you crying?
Maybe a book you read or a movie you watched, awakened a pain that had been hidden and smoldering inside you for decades? Were there tears of forgotten pain running down your face that you were able to stop more or less quickly? Did it make you feel uncomfortable, especially if you were in a public place?
If something like this happens to you, don’t beat yourself up, you’re fine. You’re a healthy human being who, by successfully using the power of self-control, has just overcome a momentary weakness. The losses you’ve suffered are minimal, and if you’re lucky, no one you know has seen it. Put your face back on the look of impenetrable strength and bravely continue on your way to wherever you…

Crying is one of the ways that human beings express emotions. Pain, fear, loss, disappointment, failure and many other emotions, naturally express themselves through crying. Crying naturally clears out most of the accumulated and stored negative emotions, it is a sure sign that your energy system is functioning well and that you are able and free to experience a wide range of life energies.
Crying is your friend.
Unfortunately, in Egoland, which is based and functions on the principle of power, crying is a confirmation of your weakness, cowardice and impotence. Crying is the first warning sign that something is wrong with you, which in the circle of your acquaintances will give rise to a real avalanche of guesses and theories. And against your will, you will become an active participant in your own show "Live Broadcasts", will be under detailed supervision, and your usual actions will be reinterpreted and will receive a completely different meaning.
But it's all very simple: you just burst into tears.
This is not a new need. Crying has been with you since you were born, and you used it often during your growth. When you were still a baby, it replaced the lack of speech, and you must admit, successfully, isn't it? This is how you expressed all your needs: that you were hungry, wet, scared, lonely. When you activated it, someone always came to you, most often, your mother. To feed you, change your diapers, hug you and press you to her chest.
When you started walking and talking, you continued to use it when you scraped your knee on the pavement, when you wanted to convince your parents to buy you a new expensive toy, when you didn't want to go to bed early, and in many other cases. But more and more often you were criticized by your parents and those around you, because of this. You were told that you were no longer a child, and that in the future you wouldn't get what you wanted with tears. It's a pity, but it was all so simple.
With the arrival at school, in the company of similar children, the situation became even more serious. They all became your direct rivals in the struggle for power, so for any, even the slightest sign of weakness, you were subjected to ridicule by the others. If you did cry, you would sink to the bottom, you would be called a coward, a crybaby, and who knows, maybe even a girl.
And little by little, year after year, as you grew older, even the slightest sign of moisture in your eyes you hid inside. At the same time, you renounced and pushed a great deal of emotion inside yourself. You became The Rock, the one whom even the most intense pain and loss could not force to show their emotions. Now it became a form of competition and an important expression of your Personal Power. Only sometimes, in moments of family tragedy, society did tolerate your tears, provided that they were not excessive. You must be strong.
From the outside, crying is perceived by others in two ways: as unwanted, because it is an expression of your pain, personal weakness and lack of self-control, and as desirable, because it is obvious evidence of your pain, personal weakness and lack of self-control. That is why you hid it deep inside. For all time.
Over time, without showing emotions and without releasing them through crying, all this pain, irritation, anger, fear and who knows what else, you piled up and accumulated in yourself, which created a terrible internal pressure and pain in you. Not knowing any other way, you freed yourself from this pain through quarrels, alcoholism, gambling, fights, family abuse, illness and a thousand other ways.
You used all the wrong ways to avoid using the only right way, crying. Years of intense programming from society was so strong and successful, that you were ready to destroy life, yours and your family's, but not to cry. Not you. You are not a girl.
To be honest, girls and women use it less and less. Considering that they are increasingly actively involved in the direct struggle for power with men, they have begun to feel ashamed and hide their tears.
The result? More and more pain and misunderstanding in sociaties.
Why does the Ego insist on prohibiting crying?
The explanation is very simple. The imposition of this prohibition leads to a large accumulation of energy, which it uses to strengthen and increase its Personal Power. In this way, the Ego pacifies its own fear of disappearance and death, because a large influx of energy provides it with a constant and high energy potential and the creation of certain energy reserves, just in case. The fact that we are talking about negative energy not only does not bother it, but even suits it.
Therefore, crying, if you have abstained from it for several decades, is not entirely harmless. It will help you to free yourself from internal pain and pressure, will help you to establish peace in yourself and to feel the energy of Love more clearly, and as a result will directly affect the weakening of your Personal Power, and to a certain extent, your health.
Therefore, you yourself must choose the measure and degree of those repressed emotions that you want to free yourself from through crying.
Its importance is especially important for the upbringing of future generations of children. If, as they grow up, they were supported by those around them to freely express their emotions and pain through crying, this would very quickly have an effect on reducing all types of violence, murders and even wars. It may seem too simple, but it is worth trying.
… or go. But before that, read this text. Maybe you will find a couple of phrases in it that can help you.
Cry. It will bring a smile back to your face.
