Your Acceptance By accessing or using the LED Light Controller App provided by Ruthanne Bakrlm (self-employed) or any related software, services, data feeds, or products, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Service. Ruthanne Bakrlm provides this Service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of these modifications. Erin Carrol shall not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service.

Limitation of Liability In no event will Ruthanne Bakrlm or her suppliers and licensors be liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory for: (i) special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) costs of substitute products or services; (iii) interruption of use or data loss/corruption; or (iv) any amount exceeding fees paid by you under this agreement within the preceding twelve (12) months. Erin Carrol shall not be liable for any delays or failures beyond her control. These limitations may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
LED Light Controller App Premium Subscription An LED Light Controller App Premium subscription provides full feature access and is billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Payments are charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before renewal. To manage or cancel subscriptions, adjust your settings under iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Unused portions of any free trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase. All fees are non-refundable. If you need assistance canceling your subscription or changing your premium package, contact us. You are solely responsible for published content and warrant appropriate rights and permissions. Content violating these Terms may result in removal without refund or notice, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
General Use of the Service Ruthanne Bakrlm grants you permission to use the Service under these Terms, provided that you do not distribute content without prior authorization, alter the Service, or access content through unauthorized means. You affirm that you hold necessary rights for publication and grant Ruthanne Bakrlm a global, royalty-free, transferable license to use your content related to the Service. Removed content may remain stored on servers without public access. You guarantee submitted content respects third-party rights and laws. Ruthanne Bakrlm does not endorse submitted content and disclaims related liabilities.
Account Termination Repeated infringement or violations of these Terms will result in termination of Service access. Ruthanne Bakrlm reserves the right to determine content violations and terminate accounts accordingly.
Purchase Tracking Ruthanne Bakrlm may utilize services like RevenueCat for subscription validation, product fetching, and purchase processing.
Assignment You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms, though Ruthanne Bakrlm may assign these rights without restriction.
