Spiritual seekers who read the channelings from the site you are on have noticed that we, Oliver, pay attention to Tai Chi 1️⃣, which some of them probably consider unnecessary. The reason for this attitude can be found in the experience of the process of developing spiritual consciousness as a purely spiritual practice, i.e. a non-physical activity. This attitude is partly due to the centuries-old disdain of priests and monks for the physical body, which they consider "sinful" and "dirty". Due to this, some spiritual seekers spontaneously adopted the view that in the process of developing spiritual consciousness there is no need for any physical activity.
But reading the channelings, you might realize, dear spiritual seekers, that the physical body of individuals of the species Homo sapiens, which we inhabit, is the vehicle of our embodied Developing Consciousness of the Soul, and as such deserves some respect and care. Another reason is the energy channels and chakras that pass through the physical body, which due to a disturbance in the physical body can cause a delay in the flow of the Energies of Consciousness through the energy channels, or the Energies of Functionality, through the chakras. The other energies that fill the aura are equally important, but for the purposes of this channeling we will focus on the two previously mentioned.
When Mother Gaia mentioned the importance of the legs in the process of developing spiritual consciousness 10-12 years ago 📖during one channeling, we, Oliver, had no idea what she meant or what role the legs play in the process of developing consciousness. But in spirituality, everything that needs to be manifested, manifests in its right time for such a thing, as a result of which over the last 2-3 years we have channeled several texts explaining the role of the legs in the process of developing spiritual consciousness. For those who have not read the above channelings, suffice it to say that the paired Kidney channels enter the physical body at the bottom of the foot, at the first energetic point of the kidney energy channels (K1) and perform the role of sucking in the Energies of Consciousness into the aura. If this input of the Energies of Consciousness into the aura is weakened or completely prevented by clogging or some other kind of blockage of the flow of the Energies of Consciousness, then due to its deficiency in the aura, the meditator will not be able to progress in the process of developing spiritual consciousness.
During daily practice of Tai Chi, from time to time we experiance spontaneously activating the performance of the Tai Chi form at the speed of a slow-motion film, without using mental control/concentration. What is interesting, at the same time, is the fact that such a spontaneously activated slow performance of the Tai Chi form cannot be voluntarily accelerated, since it represents the speed of the flow of the Energies of Consciousness during their passage through the energy channels.
Brilliant, right?!
From the example we have just described, you can conclude, dear spiritual seekers, that the practice of Tai Chi is not a "waste of time and effort," but a way to help strengthen and heal your physical body, increase the reserves Energies of Consciousness in the aura, and harmonize your energy system as a whole.
If this channeling has helped you understand the process of developing spiritual consciousness, we will be especially pleased.
We greet you, Children of the Earth, wish you all the best and wish that you do good to others in the best possible way: do not harm them.
Oliver
1️⃣ "The main difference between Tai Chi Chuan and Tai Chi is that Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art, while tai chi is often practiced as a form of exercise and meditation. Tai Chi Chuan emphasizes the development of internal power, while Tai Chi emphasizes the cultivation of balance, relaxation, and mindfulness." Google
