Yesterday I visited my friend Carlos
at San Pedro & 5th...he maintains
the public toilet there.
A turbaned African man loudly
falsely accused me of stealing
Carlos's food.
It took half an hour for the man to
cool down, and walk away, even though Carlos had explained to him
that he had asked me to watch his table for a few minutes.
The food was mine.
I stood in line ten minutes for it ...
The man accused Elon Musk
of being a Boer descendant...
Today, at the LA Central Library,
I sat down in an unused area at a table.
A large Black man entered the area
and told me I had to move, because he didn't want me sitting at the next table...
We sat at opposite sides of
the table corridor, without incident.
